A real good place to eat. Done up nicely with no exceptions! Open for breakfast at 10am and serve until 9 pm. The bar may stay open later. Closed Mondays.

Great stop on the way to Fort Laramie!
We stopped at The Emporium at Hawk Springs on our way from Cheyenne to Fort Laramie, and it was such a great surprise. The boneless ribeye was cooked to perfection — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was warm and friendly (special thanks to our lovely waitress!), and we really loved the charming decor at the entrance — it sets the tone right away. Definitely a spot worth stopping for if you’re passing through!

We recently drove through a portion of Wyoming and long before we even made this venture The Emporium was in our GPS.
The smoked prime rib is second to none. The local beer selection is superb.
It was incredibly difficult finding prime rib that could even come close to how delectable The Emporium’s was.

Absolutely loved this place. Food was phenomenal. Very large, juicy, and flavorful steak. Pecan pie is one of the best I’ve ever had!! The staff was a delight. You should totally stop here for a meal.

Jacquelyn was AWESOME!! A nice little stop, with friendly service and super tasty food. Drive through option available. Had Salmon, Skirt Steak, Patty Melt & Chili… ALL was really good!! Gotta have the strawberry rhubarb pie too Weather permitting, there is a outdoor patio as well .

A must stop and get everything in the menu! I was in love with this place almost immediately. There is so much charm to the place it’s self but the service was wonderful. We sat outside because Cachito was with us but immediately they moved us inside since they saw Cachito and I shiver. We got a cute little booth. The best part was the breakfast! I am still dreaming of those hash browns. The bacon was crispy and the egg was perfectly scrambled. The hubby got a burrito with chili and it was delicious. it was my first time trying chili. Wishing we were close to come back often, but if we pass by again we will definitely stop. I left wanting to try their pies

Walked in and noticed how clean and homey it is. Greeted with a friendly smile. Food was very good and Papa’s pork chili was exceptional! Burger was cooked very well and fries were fresh and not greasy like some places! Restrooms were very clean! Will definitely stop again when passing through!

A little oasis in the middle of no where and almost feels like a step back in time.
Waitress was very nice, good menu and cold beer. Good vibes too, feels like a welcoming place.

Super hip stop whether you’re a local or on your way to Mount Rushmore. We stopped here to use the restroom as it’s one of the only ones available for miles (and miles and miles). It was dressed in someone of a shabby chic meets Americana decor. There’s nice wood accents with corrogated metal and American flags throughout. The staff was incredibly friendly and there’s plenty of seating.
