I don’t know the name of the lady working in the front, but she works up there most of the time. She has shown excellent customer service skills, treats customers very well , is very professional and shows great love for what she does. And the pizza is great too!

We just brought home two unevenly cooked pizzas. They are both raw at the bottom. One is over cooked at the top. The middle of the overcooked is alright. We are heating them up in a toaster oven. That is alright for one but not the other. When a pizza is over cooked on the top; it gets burnt after re-cooking. Very dissatisfied!

Honestly one of the best little Caesars I’ve ever been to, pretty empty, fast service, great customer service, and fresh food.

Placed an order over the phone and was very direct as to what my family wanted but when returning home it was completely wrong and under cooked. Ordered and extra most best with thin crust light sauce. They were nowhere busy when I arrived, the guy was nice and polite but that was it. Pizza was a regular pepperoni with extra cheese and regular crust. To top it off the center was still raw. Called back more than a half a dozen times but “No Answer”. Needless to say, since we do not llive close, had to find somewhere else to purchase food for my family and my grandkids were looking farward to pizza Night.
More hard earn money out of my pocket due to careless workers not paying attention.

Couldn’t order online or on app due to not having a credit card. In order to place an order online and / or the app you have to pay by credit card which I feel is discrimination. Also little Caesars has changed there pizza. They had a lot more sauce then it usually does, which was the main reason I ordered from them(too acidic) with a lot less cheese :((

DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT order online from this place. On Monday, my fiancé placed an order online through the Little Caesar’s website. Spent damn near over $35. After he placed the order, i went on lunch 10 mins later & 5 mins later I was there to pick it up. I get inside, give them the name of the order & next thing you know I’m told my order was picked up already. Mind you, my fiancé didn’t have a vehicle to get the food. I called him just to make sure I wouldn’t be upset for no reason. Sure enough it wasn’t him. Went back inside to let them know no one should’ve been picking up the food but myself. Next thing you know, they’re stating it was door dash that picked up the food but obviously you have to place an order through door dash in order for them to pick it up, after that they started saying that it was someone who used our confirmation number. I felt like it was just excuse after excuse because the confirmation number is ONLY sent to the email you put when placing the order. At this point, I’m livid but still being nice about the situation, the employee or manager, she wasn’t rude but she didn’t have to be because her face said it all. I request a refund because why am I having to take a loss on $35 with no food? This woman is going to tell me “So what? We’re suppose to just take the loss?” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Did not offer any type of solution for this situation just tells me stuff like this happens ALL THE TIME. If it happens all the time, why not do away with it? Just keep letting people loose out on money or was it only me that yall were going to let take a loss? Not only that but face the labels with the orders name away from the customers because people can easily go look at the names and say that it’s their order, i mean common sense right? Basically she did not want to give me my refund. Ended up walking out the store to call my fiancé to explain what was going on. Myself, working at an audio, video store thought back to our security cameras we sell. I went back inside and requested to see the video footage of the person picking it up to see if i recognized the person. Well she pulled up the footage of my food already on the counter with the man about to walk out the door, I kindly asked her to rewind it to the part where he uses the QR code or confirmation number. This man walked up in the store, never touched the machine or put his phone up to it, never even showed the other employee his door dash information like they are suppose to do(I know this because I use to be a door dash driver). The manager knew they were wrong in this situation because she walked behind the counter and gave me my refund and handed me the receipt talking about “I’ll just refund it.” I was even nice enough to say thank you after all that and she didn’t even give me a response. My point for this whole story is that if I wouldn’t have did all of this, she would’ve just let me let $35 go down the drain whenever i have 3 other mouths to feed besides myself. This says a lot about not only this business but the management as well. If it would’ve been like $10 i was spending or even if she would’ve offered some type of solution, I would’ve been okay with it but she didn’t so it just showed that she did not care at all!!! Felt like i was trying to get played for a fool.
