Livestock hauler-Parked semi at the Co-op by train track walked to restaurant. Hospitality and service was exceptional! Food was delicious! Ribeye was cooked to perfection with amazing flavor. Salad bar was good and that bread and butter was amazing. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll be stopping by again for an amazing meal!

We had such a great meal here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The glazed salmon was cooked perfectly—tender, flaky, and full of rich flavor. The sweet potato fries were crisp and delicious, and the mixed veggies tasted fresh and well-seasoned. The steak was incredibly tender with a perfect sear, and the warm jalapeño cornbread with honey vanilla butter was the perfect comfort-food touch. Never say no to that cornbread!
On top of the entrées, the salad bar was fantastic. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and fresh, with plenty of topping choices and a hot soup option that made it even better. It’s rare to find a salad bar that feels this thoughtfully done.
Overall, great service, generous portions, and consistently good food that is unmatched in the Sioux City area!

What a great dinner with friends Food was delicious and service was excellent! Love the fact they have a nice clean stocked salad bar! All of our steaks were cooked perfectly! Will most definitely be back!

We went on a BUSY Saturday night. We maybe waited 5 minutes for a table. It was well worth the wait! The food was delicious! The portions were HUGE! Easily enough for 2 meals. The staff was wonderful and so friendly. And the prices were reasonable. I’ve paid a lot more for way less food and crappy service! I’m already looking forward to my next trip there!

Steakhouse atmosphere. Food was delicious! I had a filet mignon. The mignon had great flavor and was very tender. My husband had prime rib – “was perfectly cooked with gr a at flavor.” There is a delicious salad bar. The waitresses are friendly and work together. We will definitely return!

This is a hidden gem in Hinton! The beef is very high quality and the salad bar is impressive with its variety of items! What made our night was the incredible service provided by Hannah. She was very attentive and even helped change the TV channels to the games we wanted to watch.

Amazing! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great! If you’re looking for a tender and juicy steak, skip the chain and eat local at Prime Time. The staff are also friendly and checked on us several times. And that jalapeño cornbread….. Great experience!

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food was incredibly delicious. Our server, Kasia, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She let us know in advance that there would be a bit of a wait for our food, which we really appreciated. It wasn’t a problem at all because we had plenty to enjoy in the meantime. The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked with a great variety of options, and the bread was warm and delicious. It was the perfect way to start our meal while we waited. And the turtle cheesecake was AMAZING! Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely give it a 10/10. We can’t wait to come back again!

Decided to check this place out with some friends this weekend. What a great experience! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! The place was full of smiles. Food was fast and delicious. I really liked that they had a self serve salad bar with some really nice options and a good soup. I’d highly recommend trying this hidden gem in Hinton Iowa.
