Went here to give it a try. Got the house margarita, stuffed avocado, California burrito, sopapillas, and chips and salsa.
Margarita tasted watered down, but still gave me a buzz 5/10
Chips and salsa were good. Salsa had good flavor but runny 7/10
California burrito was great size. 5/10 added cheese making it 6.5/10
Sopapillas Were ok. Small portion and lacked a bit. 5/10
Stuffed avocado were on point along with their beans and rice. 9/10
Oh and they have usb charges on the outlets on the walls.

I’m hooked on TexMex and this resturant is more authentic. We got the 25 dollar fajitas. If I were to spend 25 at Iggy Joe’s on 1 meal I would be able to feed 3 people. Food taste was below average. I hate rating a restaurant this low. People were nice at the resturant but they were super slow. I might try the resturant 1 more time to try one of their meals not fajitas. Best item was their chips.

We eat at the Port Neches location (Las Rosa’s) all the time, and we are so excited to have a new location in Groves! Really great “Sweet Lee” tea, and I enjoyed my lunch combo with cheese enchilada and fresh, crispy chalupa. Also, the queso blanco with the crispy chips was perfect!

My order was to go. The lady who got my order was very nice. Restaurant was very nice and clean, my food which was a taco salad was megar and not worth $18. And some cents. Meat was good but only has less then 2 table spoons. Tomato was good but mabey had 1 table spoons , lettuce was good and was shredded but barely had even a pinch. Refried beans were good n there were plenty. Had about 5 or 6 japalenos a huge plop of sour cream. 0 cheese of any kind and no avocado of any kind. I doubt I will come back. I was hoping to find some good food that I didn’t have to go far for. Taco Bell taco salad is 100 times better. So was it a bad night ? Bad cook. Or is this what it is?

After reading some reviews, I decided to give Milago’s a fair shake. Being the only one there had me worrying but I was there so why not. I got the Chunky avocado, that could of been a meal in it’s self, lucky i had my wife and Kid to help me out. I also got the Texas Burritom which was not bland, the meat was on the salty side but had flavor for what it was. The Margarita I got was good, maybe the best out of everything. Wife got chimichanga, she did not like it at all. My Youngest got something, Cna’t remember but she said it was good for what it was. The Price for all of us to eat was a little high for a no wow factor, but I do like to support local restaurants. I dont know if I will spend 123.00 to eat here again, but not all was wasted, the drinks were pretty good.

Second time to eat here. 1st time by myself 2nd with my husband. The food has been great and so has the service. Prices aren’t any higher than any other place. We’ve had the Tacos Al Carbon, street Tacos, Enchiladas and guacamole. We will go back.

We were excited to try this brand new restaurant. The salsa was wonderful but that’s where the great taste stopped.
The food wasn’t good at all the meat in all of our dishes were either over cooked or flavorless all together. Beans had no flavor. We were extremely disappointed. I’ve never had Tex Mex so bad and to add insult to injury, it was expensive.
So Frist and lady time for us.

I was excited to try this new restaurant but it was not good at all. We had the chicken poblano and chimichanga. The chicken poblano was good. The chimichanga was not good. It tasted like old cooking oil. The portion size is small for what they charge. They need someone else to cook their food or they will not make it.

Some say the service is slow, but its fine, they take their time and make great food. Order 2 beers at a time if you can if you think they dont get the beers out fast enough, but really its good food, clean place, and prices aren’t going to give you sticker shock. Remember they have 2 sizes on most of the meals, if you get the larger dinner full size you will have some to take home
