We liked Cooper’s Hawk more than we thought we would and we were pretty excited to try it so I think that’s saying something. A friend advised to arrive 45 minutes early to do the wine tasting and we’re really glad we did. They mentioned the wine club that you can join, but they aren’t pushy about it. It was so informative and really helped us develop a pallet for wine and maybe it was the wine talking, but we decided to join the club. We then moved over to the dining room promptly At our reservation time. Even though it was opening week and valentines,They were ready for us. We had Moses as our server in the dining room and he was excellent. We decided to order cocktails, and I had probably the best espresso martini I’ve ever had so if you aren’t a wine person, please know the bar drinks are great. The lettuce wraps were recommended by another friend and they were phenomenal. They were also huge and could easily feed up to six people as a light bite before a big meal. We loved our entrées and I can’t wait to eat my gnocchi leftover today. The dining room was elegant, but like most Places today, some people were Casual while others were very dressed up for valentines. We even saw the sweetest proposal. We will definitely be back, especially to try the lunch side of the menu. My only tiny tick was that I feel like we were supposed to get bread as I saw other people eating bread and did not see bread on the menu But I might be wrong. Next time I’ll make sure to try it because it looked really good whether I have to pay for it or it’s complementary.

I stopped in for lunch at Cooper’s Hawk in Madison and ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. It was a hearty, comforting dish — perfectly cooked pasta topped with rich marinara, tender meatballs, and a generous layer of creamy melted cheese. The fresh basil on top really balanced the richness of the sauce and added great flavor. The portion size was generous and very filling.
The bread served alongside was warm and fresh, which paired perfectly with the pasta.
The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting — a great spot for a casual lunch. And I have to give a special shoutout to Taylor, who helped me today. Taylor was awesome — friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better with great service!
Overall, a really enjoyable lunch, and I’d definitely come back to try more from the menu

We had a really good experience at Cooper’s Hawk overall. The food was good, and the wine flight was absolutely awesome. Definitely one of the highlights of our visit! I could eat the eggrolls as a meal, they were really good.
We did run into a few service kinks. Our appetizer wasn’t brought out initially, and our server didn’t check on us very often. That said, we truly appreciated the kitchen catching that the appetizer wasn’t up to their standards and offering to remake it. Unfortunately, the remake caused a pretty significant delay and our entrées came out first.
We’re chalking it up to minor growing pains because the quality of the food and wine really stood out. With a few service tweaks, this location will be top-tier. We’ll definitely be back!

Very impressive place. Super delicious food and excellent service! Given they are brand new I expected some things still being worked on, but everything was top notch! Highlights were the drunken shrimp and the “over the boarder” egg rolls. Will return for an entree in the future!

I had such a great experience at Cooper’s Hawk from start to finish! We kicked things off with the wine tasting, which was the perfect way to begin the night before heading to dinner. The tasting staff was knowledgeable and made it fun.
Sanaa was our server, and she was so sweet and attentive. Now let’s talk about favorites… the Pineappletini cocktail? OMG. So good. You HAVE to try it! And the Banoffee Pie was absolutely to LIVE for!! I’m not even a pie person, but it came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Knowing their desserts are made in-house makes it even better.
The only thing I didn’t love was the chicken sandwich. It was just a little meh for me. Honestly, that’s on me… I played it safe instead of trying something more exciting! Everything else more than made up for it.
The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with upbeat music and great energy throughout the space. It’s the perfect spot for a date night or a girls’ night out. Bonus: there’s plenty of parking, which is always a win.
Tip: since it’s grand opening week, expect a little bit of a wait. Totally worth it though! Grab a seat at the bar or try the tasting room while you wait.

Lunch! Menu had a wide variety of reasonable options. Service was very attentive. Steak salad is a generous portion and the meat was perfectly med-rare and nicely spiced. Couldn’t pass up dessert, had to take it to go!

Our first visit and really enjoyed the wine tasting experience along with an excellent dinner. We had Nicole as the server and she made us very welcomed with great recommendations. Great selection of food options and plenty of drinks with both alcohol and non alcohol options. We’ll definitely return in near future. My wife also wants to make a special night with her lady friends.

This place was very packed and seat reservations were booked the whole day, so make sure to book a reservation. We waited 15 to 20 minutes to get a seat at the bar. I started with the Strawberry Elderflower Vivanté and the flavor wasn’t very strong. I would suggest refreshers for the future. As for the Gnocchi Carbonara, it was overcooked, but that didn’t ruin the savory flavor. I think if I want the best results, I’d arrive when doors open. Overall, the restaurant offers an ambitious experience, but it’ll take time to adapt from a big crowd.

Hey you Tennessee newbies, a Coopers Hawk restaurant has opened in Madison AL. 100 miles from us! We made the trip there for their opening and had a wonderful time with the outstanding staff! John, Christine, Moses, Tyler, and all. The food as always was cooked to perfection and delicious. As past wine club members, and I am sure you know TN does not accept shipping from other states, but we can have a nice weekend going to pick up wine every couple of months. If you have not yet tried this wine, it is great. (My opinion of course) Thank you for your courtesy we had a great day!
