I love this location but my worse pet peeve is when employees think it’s OK for others to do their job while they play on their phones in several different positions. Thank God for the blonde lady with glasses and the new kid or he would have put her in a cross contamination situation. SMH then he went to sit down an continue like he owned the place very unprofessional. Wow!! I didn’t see any other managers working or we would have made a compliant. This picture was taken Oct. 7, 2025 @ 4:29pm thank you and have a great day hopefully we get this issue resolved.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. No one ever seems like they want to work there. On several occasions, it’s been horrible. I walked in and when I gave them my name, they laughed and said it was burnt and they had a little fire. That they would remake it. I understood and waited. The cashier proceeded to go to the back to gossip with the cook. They took absolutely so long regardless. Still managed to get my order wrong. I’m very patient and kind, so I didn’t complain. But there was not even a single apology or care to make up for it. Everytime you pull up to the drive thru, they sound so miserable. I work in food service too, choose your attitude. It’s a shame cause I literally love Carl’s Jr. I drive all the way to Zaragoza cause they have great service there and always get the order right.

How is this place still open …. We only went here because Jack in the Box had a long line, and even though there was only two cars in line here, we still waited like 20
minutes. Our fries were cold, burgers were mediocre. Patties were super thin and dry.

Hamburger and fries were cold!! When I took the hamburger back the employee had the nerve to blame us saying we didn’t pick it up right away. We went as soon as they called our number so more than likely they left it on the counter and called our number later on. I ordered my hamburger without cheese and the employee didn’t bother checking my order and made it with cheese. No orange soda available and the coke was watered down.

My boyfriend and I ate here for the first time, on a whim. It was very underwhelming, barely flavored (we even got the angus beef patties, which are none frozen) with potato buns. The fries as well were not that great – they had that bad (haven’t changed the oil in a while) taste/after-taste.
Wouldn’t recommend.
But I will say, he lived the onions in his burger.
Also, sidenote, the big stall in the womens restroom had no handle to lock and un-lock.

GM Erika, great customer service, I ask her for a lettuce wrap and she made it just perfect and it was delicious. She suggested to try the new cold coffee and the vanilla was really good.

Owner of this franchise: YOU NEED TO FIRE YOUR WHOLE STAFF! Your supervisor Preston is rude, entittled and does not understand basic mathematic equations, Vanessa the drive through clerk does not know how to count, charges incorrectly and doesn’t double check her transactions and charges unauthorized charges without confirming with the client! This is the 3rd time we have an issue with your management team and it is due to the slow service, lack of productivity, professionalism and just how plain lazy the staff at this particular Carls Jr is, we are frequent customers of this fast food chain and this is the ONLY Carl’s Jr in El Paso that has constant issues, dirty facility and lazy employees!!!

This location absolutely needs to change the oil in their fryers. I don’t know how a battered onion that is arrives at the location frozen from corporate distribution can wind up tasting dry and bitter.
