Poke Bowl is consistently amazing! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every time I come here, I can taste the quality in every ingredient especially the fish, which is perfectly fresh and never disappoints. The portions are generous, the toppings are plentiful, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Definitely one of the best spots around for a fresh and healthy meal!

I’ve been traveling to Erie for five years now. I am so mad that it’s taken me this long to stop and try their food! The staff is so friendly, the food was amazing, the establishment is absolutely beautiful. The hand painted murals inside are awesome. They even have a cute little stand with merchandise you can buy like charms, bracelets, keychains, ect. The music was also incredibly pleasant. Very fun, upbeat, but without being loud and overwhelming. Absolutely will be stopping again!

Got a Super Bowl, a create your own Poke bowl, Chashu style ramen bowl, a pork dumpling soup and a few Bubble teas. Everything was very good, dinging area clean and music/ambience was not overwhelming. Nice place for a poke or ramen.

I ordered a pick up order off of DoorDash, I arrived and went to go and pick up my order to which the lady at the front informed me it was already picked up. The lady who informed me of that was very kind and went to another employee for help the employee who then came to “help” was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her tone and demeanor was an absolute disgrace and a joke. I will never go here again due to her unprofessionalism. She tried to inform me that they will not remake it because it was already picked up and that’s not her problem. I asked her well when the person came to pick it up did they show you the order details to confirm that it was actually the door dashers correct order for pick up. She lied in my face and said yes we check everyone’s phone. If they did this wouldn’t have happened. Imagine lying on behalf of something you’re clearly wrong for. I appreciate the First Lady who originally took my issue, she troubleshooted and called the door dasher and told him it was the incorrect order he picked up and SHE remade me new one. Mind you the order was only ONE drink. The other lady was horrendous and ignorant. Again, I will never be back. Below I will attach the image of the woman who was ignorant and swore she was right! Have a blessed day.

First time visit. We tried the ‘House’ Poke Bowl (Tuna) and the Chicken Spicy Miso Raman. Also tried the Bubble Teas. The food is outstanding.
The restaurant is very clean and spacious. The menu is a little confusing at first glance, and while the staff is very friendly, they aren’t very helpful. When I said, “This is my first visit, can you talk me thru it?” The nice, polite and smiling host, just pointed up at the menu. It’s truly not hard to figure out, so not a big deal, and I’ll know better on my next visit. It’s a little pricey for lunch, but there’s plenty of food, and it really is pretty awesome tasting. I’ll be back.
