It used to be a good place for my dinner until the last visit. I ordered a braised pork rice with broccoli. It took less than 5 min to get my food ready and the broccoli was cold, the rice was hot, and the pork is cool. Then I got it, the food is NOT FRESH at all. They prepared it in advanced and microwaved it. As for the popcorn chicken, very greasy, I should never believe the BOGO offer from DoorDash..

This is a Taiwanese style bento box complemented by boba tea selections. I looked for a place for lunch before heading to PayPal park. This place fits the bill. Fast, reasonable price, and clean. There is only one kiosk to order the food. I took a few minutes and I can tell one person was waiting patiently behind me. I think others just order online.

We ordered 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals. Chicken cutlet, pop-corn chicken, and golden fried tofu were delicious. I do not recommend taiwanese sausages as they were over cooked to be dry and tough to chew.

I also ordered a jasmine bubble tea. It was average.

All in all, I would return if I am in the area again. However, I will not take 30 minutes to reach this spot.

I ordered the basil popcorn chicken and boba for take out on UberEats, they had a BOGO for the popcorn chicken and boba. (we ate a box in the car)

Really good value, but the food was okay. Good portion size for the cost. The chicken was crispy, the batter was seasoned. At the store they have spices on the side that you can add to the chicken. Very standard, chicken was neither moist or dry, not a lot of flavor in the meat, probably needed to be marinated a bit longer maybe? For the value and portion size, can’t complain.

The milk tea is not as fragrant as other boba, it was on the darker side, but could not taste a lot of the notes that you usually get from assam tea. At least it was not watered down. The boba was soak in sugar and was on the sweeter side. Most of the boba had good texture a bit chew, but I had a few that were a bit dried up and hard, it lost its chewiness.

Overall not too bad for the price.

It has been our regular go-to place of Taiwanese/Asian cuisines for years after events or activities in nearby central park library and Santa Clara community recreation center. Easy to order online, though sometimes pick-up line could be long. Amazing reward program to redeem free squares and snack items. Our favorite is pot-roasted beef brisket which can also be ordered a la carte. Marinated pork chop and braised pork rice bowls are kid’s favorite. We sometimes order to-go snack items (Taiwanese sausage or popcorn chicken) and drinks (boba milk tea or honey green tea) for a weekend getaway. A friendly place for family and kids.

Their anniversary special bbq or fried chicken bowl with drink is a decent meal, but the star of the show is the fermented cold tofu and mushroom dish.

We also come for the 9.99 Wednesday special on the chicken rice bento. Our only complaint is that the points system for Santa Clara are not transferable to cupertino.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — every dish felt thoughtfully prepared. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between cozy and modern. Definitely a new favorite — I’ll be coming back soon!

I ordered the golden crispy tofu and the whole grilled squid, and unfortunately both were disappointing. The tofu was very soggy instead of crispy, and the squid lacked freshness and flavor. Overall, the dishes fell short of expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on this experience.

We ordered delivery and the food is exceeding our expectation. The price is reasonable and the food is also tasty!

Recommend popcorn chicken, egg yolk taro ball, pork rice ball, roasted beef stew. The grilled chicken legs are a bit too salty.

If you’re looking for a simple yet delicious Taiwanese meal for lunch or dinner, I recommend Orange Square Restaurant. The prices are reasonable, and takeout is quite popular.

The restaurant follows a fast-food style where customers order at a kiosk, find a seat, and have their food brought to the table by the staff. Water and other necessities are self-serve.

The food is slightly above average, with a diverse menu that offers plenty of choices to explore. The restaurant is clean, including the restrooms, and there’s a free parking lot available.

One thing to note—I wouldn’t recommend the curry. It tastes decent when hot, but once it cools down, it loses its appeal.

If you’re looking for a solid Taiwanese meal, this place is worth a visit!

We come to this orange square location quite a lot. Food has been great and the front desk staff is usually friendly and helpful. While this is more like a fastfood place, it is perfect since we have two hungry kids who just want to be fed.

Also highly recommend the happy hours – you can get two bubble drink for the price of one. Can’t beat that!
