Wow8i Great job KFC Team. I stopped here for lunch, 2/5/26. It was great. The food was fantastic and correctly made. All utensils and condiments were in the bag, service was excellent, and store was spotless. This is my kinda place. It’s rarely ever I give 5 stars but u guys deserve it and I am impressed. So nice to get your food and not get attitude and poor service as well as garbage food. Thank you so much for the great stress free lunch I didn’t have to have remade or request a refund. Rare experience and I definitely recommend this restaurant to everybody. If I am ever in Tennessee again this is my stop.. The store owner should be proud because your crew represents u very well. Thanks guys

I don’t normally write reviews, however I feel as though this warrants one. I’ve been here a few times, and wait times are normally longer but it’s never been absolutely terrible until today. Today I waited almost 45 minutes for two meals. When I received the meals, the chicken was soggy and fries were very old. Not sure if there is a leadership change or better equipment necessary, but it was a little ridiculous.

I made an online order said 15 minutes wait. Thirty minutes later I go to pick it up and was told no chicken was ready it would be thirty minutes they were just now cooking it. The only reason I gave two stars on atmosphere is because the lady up front, also running drive thru was very nice to me. No one seemed to care that everyone was waiting at least thirty minutes for chicken.

This is the second time I requested unsweetened tea in 2 weeks….did not have any. Worse today, because they also were out of diet soda. …although there was no sign on the machine. No offer to rectify that we could not get a drink. The lady I believe was a manager sat at a front table with a stack of Dominos pizzas. Probably not a good business move,

Food was ordered to go, when we waited about 20 minutes to get it which wasn’t a problem, because we were told it would be fresh WRONG…. The nuggets were cooked no where near enough, we got the 8 piece dinner and ask to have thighs replaced with wings, when we got home which is 20 minutes away, there was things and was short wings. The chicken we did try to eat was very tough and not good at all. Very disappointed in kfc and won’t be eating there again . . Been to kfc all over the United States and this is by far the worse one ever!!!!! 31.12 wasted and thats not counting the nuggets we got so over 40.00 and still no supper…. Very disappointing

I look at some of the reviews and I am surprised. We pickup weekly and it has always been great. KFC has the best spicy chicken sandwich and Mac & Cheese in the fast food industry. Our order is always ready and delicious.

I generally don’t get a chance to eat fried chicken so when I do I choose KFC as my choice.

Cashier is a big fat liar! She said the honey bbq wings were not spicy and they’re so freaking spicy I had to throw them away. $10+tax for a meal that was just thrown in my garbage can! Not everyone is rich and has $$$$ to just throw away!
