She greets me by name every time, and I always leave in a better mood after our genuine interactions. Great customer service means a lot to me, and it’s the reason Moe’s of Fleming Island will remain one of my go-to spots in my limited rotation.

Shantell is amazing! I work across the street at at&t and did an online order for lunch, when i walked in they were still working on my order and Shantell greeted me with amazing energy! Every time i come here she always has the best uplifting energy that everyone needs a splash of mid day! The store is also always clean and my food is always done perfectly !

I had a fantastic experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and I really appreciated the upbeat “Welcome to Moe’s!” greeting. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I ordered it. I love that they offer so many customizable options — it’s easy to get exactly what you want. The portions were generous, and everything tasted great, especially the salsa bar which had plenty of choices to go with the meal.
The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and service was fast even though they were busy. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying visit. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m craving fresh Tex-Mex!

Shantell Smith has the best customer service that I have ever seen. She is an angel and is so appreciative of each customer that walks in and out of her restaurant. She gave wonderful customer service while multitasking to make sure that each person was seen and taken care of, and she did it all with a smile on her face. I will definitely be back and recommend that everyone come in to see her beautiful smiling face. God bless her and the wonderful food they prepare. The restaurant was clean, tidy and the food was fresh and delicious.
