Went in around 8:35 and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged the guy just looked at me and waited for me to order I then asked are you still open and he shook his head in a up and down motion wasn’t told thank you after I paid either. Upon leaving the store a black guy walked in and the owner said we’re closed. (8:45) store doesn’t close until 9pm sat in my car for about 10 minutes and a white lady walked in the door and he took her order with a smile! Please do better subway you never know who is observing. I was so disgusted I wanted to return the sandwich I had just purchased.

Worst Subway I have ever been too. Food was nasty, the lady who was working was rude, very rude. We went in at 8:15 and it took forever for us to get our food. She then said we CLOSE in 10 min! WE JUST GOT OUR FOOD!! like wow!!! So we threw our food away( it was nasty) and left. This place needs to hire bettery people.

I never caught his name but the employee working tonight (April 3rd,2024) at around 8:00 was the most respectful person ever. He was so nice, unbothered that we interrupted his cleaning up, remained friendly the entire time, and he didn’t mess our orders up. If the GM or owner sees this, please give this man a raise.

The young lady was very knowledgeable regarding the different sandwiches they offer. My friends dad, who is 70, could not decide on which sandwich he wanted and she told him what items came on several different sandwiches to help him make a decision. She was very patient, and I really appreciated that. I would definitely eat here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

I would rather eat dirt than spend money here again. I ordered a sandwich and started to eat it when I got home and had to spit it out. The ranch was passed due, it tasted sour and smelled disgusting. I order the same sandwich each time I go here so I know what the ranch taste like. I called the next day and spoke with the manager about my experience. He interrupted me multiple times while I explained what had happened and accused me of lying! He refused to refund me despite my terrible experience and hung up on me in the middle of me talking. I hope the manager gets fired, no one in charge should treat customers that way when we are the ones who put our money into the business.

I would not recommend eating at this location. They do not want to honor your coupons they don’t really even want to honor what is in the app and I’m wondering why would Subway even send these things out if they don’t want to allow for the companies to use them. They get an attitude with you when you come in trying to get your sandwich fixed the way that you want it. And they seem to not really care about customer service. Hard-earned money is better spent elsewhere.

This Subway is connected to a Shell gas station. The 2 employees that were working on the Subway side were very curtious and pleasant but what surprised me the most was the fact that both young ladies took pride in their work. When placing our order both were extremely knowledgeable about the ingredients and even made suggestions that would compliment the already delicious sandwiches. On our way out of the Subway side we stopped and made a purchase on the Shell gas station side. The young lady at the counter treated us like she was very happy that we came in. The line was almost out the door but she didn’t rush us at all. She had the line talking with each other, laughing and even sharing recipes. We almost hated to leave. We will most definitely be back at this Subway/Shell Station. I will even go out of my way to go here. The gas may be a few pennies more, but with the attitudes and actions of these employees it is well worth it. I wish I would have gotten there names.

Tried using our egift card at the 30798 location in Fultondale AL, and it didn’t work. The clerk (pretty sure was the owner of this location) didn’t process it properly and just said it didn’t work so we had to use our visa. After I read to him (from the gift card instructions) and approached him (basicly he didn’t press “giftcard” option as payment, but CARD I am assuming), so he said let’s try BUYING 3 COOKIES, which I didn’t want, and so he did and it worked. Asked him to return our sandwich purchase back to our VISA so I can use gift card, and he bluntly said its IMPOSSIBLE! Not only that, he COULD NOT return the cookies that I DIDNT WANT! I had worked in retail and service industry for 20 years, and had never experienced this level of not caring about your customer. I know one thing- everything is absolutely possible, and how you reconsiliate your books, it’s clearly not my job, but customer comes first. If I knew I couldn’t use my gift card, I would have made much more smaller purchase and shared my sandwich with husband, and definitely not TEACH this operator, at the cost of my money, how to operate his business. I am absolutely oppoled.
