I stopped at this taco place thinking it would be a quick bite. When I arrived, the drive-thru was completely empty, and inside, there was just one other customer besides me. I ordered and paid at the kiosk inside, but after 25 minutes, still no food. Another customer, who ordered 10 minutes online before me, got their food first. When I asked about my order, they told me they couldn’t find it in the system at all—that it never came through. I explained that I ordered inside at the kiosk, and they still insisted they didn’t have it. The employee then went to the back and didn’t give me any further solution. I called her again and told her I needed a refund because I was charged on my card. She said she couldn’t do anything and that I would have to handle it through the app. I told her I didn’t order through any app—I ordered inside at the kiosk. After insisting, she went back, checked the register, and realized the order was there all along. Without saying anything, she just started making the order. When she finally handed it to me, she just passed it over—no apology, no explanation. And on top of that, she forgot my drink, so I had to remind her again. A total of 38mins wasted. This was absolutely terrible service, a total lack of professionalism, and I can’t believe they hire such incompetent staff.

Ordered grilled cheese steak burrito and it came with refried beans on it, ordered chicken nuggets and got chicken strips with no sauce and ordered the supreme nacho dip and received no chips and the dip wasn’t made right. Honestly they just give you whatever they feel like and don’t make anything like it’s supposed to be. 10/10 would not recommend.

Placed order in drive thru to get home and find they only gave me half our food. Customer service was poor acting like they did not want to be at work.

Won’t be long until this place shuts down for the same reason Burger King closed.

Went there and waited and waited. no, “sorry it took so long. “Nothing just blank stare. sad part is no one was really in there. I don’t know what they were doing. There was about 10 of them behind the cooking area.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I found multiple hairs in my food, not just one, and that alone is enough to never come back. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the managers were extremely rude and dismissive, acting like it wasn’t a big deal at all. No apology, no accountability, just attitude. Also workers were just sitting around in the lobby doing nothing.

Fast food is one thing, but basic cleanliness and respect should be the bare minimum. This location completely failed on both. I wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

This place is aweful. 7 people behind the counter all talking, laughing, on their phones and talking shit about people. Only 1 out of the 7 working. All late teens or early 20’s and zero professionalism. I’d fire them all. Food was ok but took forever to get. If you need something and stand at the counter they all ignore you and pretend they don’t see you.
