Whatever you do, do not order delivery from them. They used Uber Eats and when I got my order, I was missing my wings. The driver told me this was everything and the employee said only pizza. When I called them, they instantly hung up on me and called them again. Someone answered and I told them I didn’t get my wings. This was his response: ‘Yup, that’s Uber Eats for you. If you want them, come and get them.’ He hung up on me. This pissed me off. I went in person, drove 15 minutes to get there, and confronted the guy. He told me he wasn’t having it. I told him then you shouldn’t have talked to me like this over the phone. The manager walked in and he said he the one you need to talk to. I told him I was done talking to him. I told manager everything and the manager was kind and helpful with my refund. The guy who answered the phone shouldn’t be talking to customers like that. I pay for a delivery fee plus a tip and you have the audacity to tell me that over the phone. No sorry, no apology.

Decided to go with Pizza Hut tonight. Big mistake. Friday night is always pizza night at our house, and let me tell you, I’ve had better pizza from the frozen section at H-E-B. I ordered a large Super Supreme. A third of the pizza was missing cheese. The sausage tasted like breakfast sausage. Toppings altogether didn’t stick because of the lack of cheese. I ordered a medium pan Hawaiian chicken. It was not cooked all the way. I had to put it back in the oven to finish cooking it. Also, only two of the pieces had bell pepper on them, and the same with the pineapple. It was like they dumped the toppings in one spot. My wings were sitting in a soup bowl of sauce. The 1-star review is because the cheese bacon breadsticks were decent.
I will never order Pizza Hut ever in my life again. … I don’t think the ingredients… are bad . Probably a lack of care in the kitchen. Had my daughter pick it up on her way home . My bad for not having her check it.

This is a decent Pizza Hut location, inside the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Outside seems a bit older and needs some updating or cleaning up I suppose. Location is great with easy in and out access. Food came out hot and fresh. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall a decent Pizza Hut location.

Bad experience this is more on Pizza Hut not employees. Order for delivery and was told that the service they use doordash stole the order and it was taking for ever for new doordash to pick up order. End up having to pick up order from Pizza Hut. Would have been nice if manager offered something a soda or something for the inconvenience and my wife still tipped them. Pizza Hut just going down hill very sad.

Omg! This was the first time I’ve seen picture perfect pizza! Cooked perfect and showed up on time and was fresh! This never happens anywhere else like Domino’s etc…paid 55 dollars and was well worth the money! Will be ordering more often from this location!

The rating on this location is a one (1) star because it does not allow me to go below that. We stopped by for lunch today and decided to dine-in and I have to say right off the top, it was a huge mistake!! My wife and I sat down at a booth and it unfortunately was still dirty from the last customer but we saw that most of the other tables were in the same condition so at that point it really didn’t matter I guess but, we glanced over the menu and decided what we wanted and the waitress/cook/cashier/everything thing else took our while the other employees decorated the store and freely swore and openly chatted with each other!! Anyway, we ordered a medium super supreme pizza and a twelve piece traditional chicken wings ( Honey BBQ ). The chicken wings came to the table first and they were extremely over sauced and the sides of ranch were like solid white gel!! Our pizza finally came out a couple minutes later and I noticed right away that it was lacking in cheese and most of the vegetables were still raw and that pan style crust was flat and dry. When our server came back around I had mentioned that there was not much cheese and the vegetables were still raw and she had agreed that more cheese should have gone on it so she took it back and when it came out it was full of cheese and burnt!! Being this unhappy we just wanted to get the check and leave and then we saw something that blew our minds. For those twelve wings, they were almost 22 dollars!!!! I have never in my entire life paid that much for twelve sad over sauced wings and the pizza should have been replaced instead of being put back in!!….

we ordered our food online, we got a estimated 14 min wait, we got there 14 minutes later like it said and had to wait another 15 minutes to which our pizza was completely burnt?! our family was hungry so we weren’t waiting another 30 minutes for another pizza. never would i serve someone a burnt pizza. ridiculous quality of food.

We placed a order for delivery they had door dash to deliver half my order was missing called and complained they said they would credit us when I called to get my credit the manager said she didn’t know what I was talking about and refused to give us our credit I told her she was the one I talked to and denied it she couldn’t remember what day it was I think they need better manager
