This is a great cafe and brunch spot. The outdoor environment is really nice especially when the weather is good. Really aesthetic foods and drinks so a perfect photo opportunity. Drinks are perfect and not too sweet. Also have plenty of pastries to buy to take home too. Food slightly pricier but still great. Would come back again!

I had literally been years since I have been here and so glad I went. Still love it! I moved further away and glad to be reminded about it. They are working out of the food trailer and do an amazing job. The area is very welcoming and peaceful. Tables are spaced so you can sit and enjoy, have private conversations and not be on top of one another and other tables which I appreciate. The plants were beautiful outside in the beds. The service was fantastic- he was very helpful and happy and good attitude. The chicken salad sandwich was wonderful as was the tuna and the bread was outstanding. I forgot how they do the chips and salsa- love. Excellent salsa. We got some pastries to go as well. Such an Austin gem in this place. Glad to see they are rebuilding but this set up was charming and inviting- can’t wait to see the new building but will enjoy this for the time being.

Loved the food and service.
The french toast is definitely a must try. From what I believe it, it has sloght notes of cinnamon which goes well with the soft warm toast and the sweet syrup.
The coffee was bold and flavourful.
Would have given 5 stars if the price was a little lower.

Great ambience and service.

Super delish spot. They have managed to keep things alive while their new location is being built. Great french toast, breakfast sandwiches, tostadas.. coffees, teas, and smiling faces. Bread selections, pastries, cookies… come support this amazing place!

Within walking distance, this bakery has a peaceful, garden-like seating area that’s clean, well-spaced, and even feels a little romantic.

I didn’t get attacked by bugs, so either they treat the area or I got lucky.

The coffee was surprisingly good: strong, smooth, and well-made. Unfortunately, sandwiches weren’t available because the chef was out, which was odd given the menu is fairly simple and you’d expect more than one person to know how to make them…

I did get a baguette despite it looking like it had wilted in the humidity, and my first bites were unappetizing. But after toasting it at home, it was really good. I nearly finished the whole loaf in one day!

Stopped by Texas French Bread and loved the vibe. Their artisan breads, fresh pastries, and sandwiches (like the oven-roasted chicken and smoked ham & provolone) were all solid — you can tell they bake with care. Their coffee was surprisingly good, too — a nice pairing with everything.

The garden setup (their outdoor seating) is quaint and calm, a relaxing spot to enjoy breakfast or lunch. The staff were friendly and took time chatting about menu favorites. Even with the fire they had in the past, they’ve bounced back beautifully.
