Went in for my favorite smoothie. They refused to sell it because they were missing one, yes 1, ingredient. I said it was fine without the one ingredient and the girl was super rude and said she couldn’t sell it to me. Staff needs better training on selling and customer service. Came to a different location and asked about my experience at Mesa and they kindly apologized for the terrible service at Mesa location, said it’s definitely a bad employee, they should’ve sold the item to me.

I went on my birthday for the very first time in my life, got the mixed berry bowl because I love berries. Was a bit confused because so I got my bowl and I thought it would be MIXED BERRIES but the lady that was attending to me said they only have strawberries and blueberries . So in my mind I said, well I’ll get a nice portion of MIXED BERRIES, which to me mixed berries are more than what I got. There is blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cranberries, acai berries… Etc.

I love the smoothies here was I came to get one once I entered I saw staff was busy so I waited patiently at the register. A guy came in and went to the other register and the girl the piercings on her face greeted that gentleman and took his order before mine so I was a little annoyed . Then she takes my order. I got my order. I left and once I got home, I realized they gave me The wrong flatbread I ordered so I called management to let them know I got the wrong sandwich if I could go back and get another one I asked for originally, he said it would be ready for me then I asked what do I do with the flatbread and he said I can keep it so then I went back to pick up my flat bread that I had originally ordered and once I entered, I told the same lady that’s when she told me if I had the flatbread that they messed up on. I had advised that I called the manager and they said I can keep and she told me that she need the flatbread back in order to give me my order even tho they messed up my order . I’m just very disappointed in service overall.

My kids really like this place, but I’ve only had sips of their smoothies and they’ve been good. I didn’t have time to eat lunch so I decided to order a smoothie that they always get – the peanut paradise. Mine had tons of ice chunks in it so I couldn’t even sip the smoothie through the straw. This got super annoying bc I was starving and limited on time and just wanted to slurp it up and instead, I would try to sip and it nothing would come up the straw. It also didn’t have much flavor at all, which is not how it tasted when I sipped from my kids in the past. I think I they used too much ice? This was my first experience ordering something for myself so it was unfortunate that it didn’t hit, but I would try it again bc hopefully, this was just a random bad experience.
UPDATE: I went back today to claim my free smoothie for joining the app and ordered the same peanut paradise and it was delicious and flavorful and without ice chunks!

The environment is very inviting and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food & smoothie options are impressive. I personally purchased the Ginger Orange Glow smoothie & Santa Fe Quesadilla w/red & green salsas. I was not disappointed with what I purchased. Everything I purchased was absolutely delicious. If you are interested in what other items they have for sale like sandwiches, wraps, salad bowls, and a variety of smoothie options check out their website. The websites provides you with a complete menu that had each item & additions with pricing & calorie count. I will definitely be returning in the very near future. You should try it to, you will not be disappointed.

You got my whole order wrong I wanted 2 açaí bowels with mangos. You guys gave me 2 bowels one with mangos and one with berries and bananas. I’m allergic. I said 3 times to the cashier both with only mangos and she did put it on the receipt, yet I didn’t get the correct order.
