Awful Service at LongHorn Steakhouse – February 22, 2026
I had a terrible dining experience here on Sunday, February 22, 2026. Our waitress, Morgan F., rushed our entire meal. While we were still eating, she brought the check without asking if we were ready and never asked whether we wanted dessert.
Although she repeatedly said “no rush,” her actions clearly showed the opposite.
When I asked for to-go containers, Morgan placed them on a chair where guests sit, which I found extremely unsanitary and disrespectful.
What made this experience even worse was the way we were treated overall. I truly felt disrespected, and the interaction left me feeling that our treatment may have been influenced by race. When I spoke with the manager, instead of addressing the behavior directly, she made it a point to say that Morgan has African American family members-which did nothing to address the actual concerns. Morgan’s body language during this conversation spoke volumes.
This was an awful experience from start to finish, and I will not be returning. Management seriously needs to address professionalism, cleanliness, and respectful treatment of all guests.

Hostess refused to sit us due to the name we used. She said it was fake. She made sure to sit several other family’s. After speaking with the waitress we discovered she was a manager here. Longhorn, please train your staff. We are paying your bills. Customer service needs to be number one. Im not saying customer is always right but when you act like that and tell us to our face the reason you did not call our name was due to its fake. Thats a serious problem. We have never experienced this before. Your definitely not meant to work with the public. Maybe a remote position is best for your Hostess/Manager.

When this longhorn opened I was very happy. Longhorn has been my favorite chain steakhouse for many years. And when they opened it was a great Longhorn, steaks were cooked perfect, service was the best in town, management was out and noticeable and stopped by just to check things were going well. However my last three trips have been very sub par. Every steak I have ordered has been overcooked, and not slightly overcooked. I wanted medium and got well done hockey pucks. My last trip I finally had enough and just gave it back to the waitress, asked her to remove it from the bill and watched my family eat. The most disappointing part, a manager never even came by to say sorry, can we do anything, or your crazy that was cooked right. Just removed it from the bill and ignored us. I know Longhorn is better than this and maybe management at this store needs some attention from corporate to get things back on track. I know at least 10 people who refuse to go back because they say it has just gone too far down hill and they don’t want to waste their money. I get things happen, and if it was one bad trip I would not be writing this review, but it’s multiple bad trips to this location that brings me write this. I guess we will just have to start going to Tifton instead if we want a steak.

The food was delicious! It was hot and made like we wanted. Atmosphere was lively but not overly loud. However the service was amazing!!! From the ones greeting us when we walked in, our server, the other wait staff and manager on duty. Took some pictures but we had started eating lol I had pork chops with loaded baked potato and broccoli. Husband had half rack of ribs, Longhorns signature Mac and Cheese and we had the Chocolate Stampede for dessert.

We had a great experience! The food was amazing—everything we ordered was delicious. Our server Yaiza was incredibly sweet and took such great care of us! We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered a shrimp appetizer with house salad to make a shrimp salad. Told the server to bring both out at the same time. Ordered spinach dip appetizer. Long wait for appetizer which came out with everything at the same time. Not the end of the world but when I asked the server about the appetizer her response was she would bring it out when they made it. Food was good. Plenty of leftovers for a meal that evening. The manager stopped by our table and spent time talking with us. Agreed about the overly long time to get appetizer. Nice person. Will definitely continue to patronize.

We waited 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not halfway full. It took about 7 minutes for us to receive our drinks. We looked at a dirty table for an hour while waiting. My husband ate 3/4 of the bread. He halfway finished his drink (sweet tea no ice) never refilled, I had a Patron Dragon fruit margarita (finished it entirely); groups of people were served within 15 minutes of being served (food was similar to our order (burgers))-all of this was an hour before we received our food. We were not warned before our food came out of what was on it, the waitress was annoyed when we confusingly told her that we do not/cannot eat the sauces that came with our food that were not listed in the menu, nor did our waitress take time to discuss what came on or with our food. Our food was cold, fries, burger, chicken patty; the cheese was not melted and it was not food regulated. I made up my mind when I saw they charged us for the entire meal; even though the manager said she would take it off due to not being warm; we will not be returning. Cheyenne is the best waitress there, and unfortunately we did not have her as our waitress. All other customers we watched get treated with respect and kindness; from the time we arrived until the time we left. We did not show signs of disrespect. This was our third visit, and our last. ***Warning to all future customers, if you aren’t within the “Boojie” crowd, or completely Caucasian knowing the staff, you will be treated disrespectfully, and probably won’t be served until an hour after being seated with a bad attitude waitress, staring at a table next to you that has not been bussed, and a manager that charged for food that you didn’t touched after they said you didn’t have to pay for cold food which they can get into trouble for serving under temped.

Longhorn is my favorite chain steakhouse. You can go to any location in the country and they do it right and they never disappoint. It isn’t loud and over the top like the Texas Roadhouses are. I love to just kick back and relax while I eat a flavorful Outlaw ribeye!!!

Ok so here goes. Server was ok…I think he was some what new. But he tried real hard. T-bone was supposed to be med well but we got it med rare. The server apologized and offered to put a steak back on the grill that had already been eaten off of. He never offered to get a supervisor. The sides were amazing. The rib-eye was great. The manager at the front was on her game.

Great food and service. Even at peak Valentine’s Day hours we still only waited about 30 min extra and even though it was our mistake, they included at no charge an extra side. Very impressed
