Long-running, unassuming Italian spot with traditional entrees, cocktails & a simple dining room.

This was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a restaurant ever they made us wait two hours for our food. The servers completely disregarded our needs when they came to our food, my friend With a severe seafood allergy had a shrimp in her pasta the server lied about the portions and try to accommodate with a little smaller drink. Overall, the food was OK but the service was garbage and the atmosphere was terrible. I would not recommend going to this place if you’re looking Nice place to eat I wish I could build a Time Machine and go back and never make a reservation

I came here after my graduation in Westfield and traveled all the way to this restaurant because I had heard how amazing the food was—and it exceeded my expectations! The prime rib special was incredible. The spicy calamari and meatballs are a must! The steaks were very tender, and I highly recommend the steak tips. Everything was amazing; whatever you choose on the menu is worth it. The dessert platter was also outstanding! Get the expresso martinis!

Yes my food is half eaten in the picture, this is not even on the menu. My server Cody suggested it as his favorite off-menu pasta bolognese, great suggestion and great service. Cody is the man, I have worked in restaurants for 25 years in management and he is a top notch server

We had dinner 2 times in the past couple weeks at Villa Napoletana. Great staff couldn’t be better. My son loved the Delmonico steak, I enjoyed the clam meal and clam appetizer, we had to go back again. I highly recommend, we had an awesome dinner with great atmosphere. We met the owner Joe what a great guy. Thanks we will be back, Choo

What an incredible place! Family-owned with great food. We came on a Saturday for the first night and had a blast. It turned into a dance party with the best live music by Marco. Kaylie was incredible and makes great drinks. We’ll be back!

Our experience last night was phenomenal. Our party of four, two couples, arrived for our 6:00 reservation a bit early. We were first seated at the bar as our table was not quite ready. Katie and Kylie behind the bar were super friendly, interacted with the four of us as we ordered our drinks and we had fun just waiting for a table. When we were seated, we were amazed by the level of service and attention given to us. Another Katie, our server, was again super friendly and just fun to interact with. We ordered an appetizer, and then we each ordered a different meal, and were all very impressed with the variety of the menu and the quality of the food and service. The Stuffed Chicken Florentina, the Pescatore, the Marsala Trio and the Vitello Alla Mamma Flora were all superb! The entire vibe of the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff, and the special attention paid to each and every patron by the owner, Joe, was just incredible. We were visiting Springfield for a special event, from NH and Plymouth, MA, so it’s not close to home, but it is definitely on our list for whenever we return. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We arrived at 5 pm. Food was Amazing. I had the Spaghetti Napolatetana. The sausage ,sun dried tomatoes & sauce was spectacular. It was so delicious great portions. Served nice & hot something i know it was fresh. Salad was so crisp. Our waitress & server did an outstanding job, very polite ,professional .she was there on cue observant, made conversation. But not to much. Very impressed at the service & food. The dinner was a table for two lit candles & in a very comfortable location ,not loud loud. Was a great dinner. Definitely going back!

I had dinner at Villa Napoletana for my girlfriend’s birthday, and let me tell you without exaggeration, it was the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was incredible, with live music that made the night feel special. I don’t know who the singer was, but his voice was like silk.
The service was excellent, and every dish exceeded my expectations. I’m not usually a salad guy, but the Caesar was fantastic! The cooked clams were absolutely delicious, and for my main course I had a simple chicken fettuccine Alfredo it was simply perfect.
You can truly feel the love in this place. When the owner cares enough to be present and involved, it shows in every detail the food, the music, the service, and the atmosphere. This restaurant is the result of passion and love, and it shines through in every bite.

If your looking for authentic Italian this is your spot! Great menu, natural fresh tasting ingredients and friendly staff. The best part is they are open later than most places!!
Traevanna was our server and greeted us promptly with water, menu’s and feiendly smile and demeanor. We placed a quick appetizer order of artichokes while perusing the menu. They were fantastic and did not disappoint!
We tried a few other options on the menu which impressed us. My husband being our main cook at home who also happens to be Italian with high standards was equally impressed by each dish.
I was honestly excited to try their tiramisu for dessert. It’s a favorite of mine and I tend to judge restaurants on it. This one caught me off guard and had my taste buds and mind intrigued as they served it in a martini cup with hot espresso poured over it, made fresh in the moment. I was impressed and my taste buds entertained by the twist! Will definitely be back.
Friendly staff, great portions, great flavor and authentic taste! Can’t go wrong!
We see this parking lot full often and figured it was time we give it a try. After talking to staff we learned that the parking can be full due to events in their party room, but the restaurant still has space so definitely give them a call or stop in regardless of the looks of parking. You won’t be disappointed!

The lobster ravioli in cream sauce was absolutely mind-blowing. The sauce was so rich and flavorful that I couldn’t waste a single drop—I happily used bread to soak up every bit. It was easily the standout dish of the meal. As for drinks, the Casa Bell cocktail was wonderful and well balanced. Unfortunately, my first drink, the Nor’easter, didn’t quite hit the mark, but I’m glad I gave it another try with a second Casa Bell, which more than made up for it. Overall, a fantastic dining experience with memorable flavors. Also, they had entertainment on a Saturday no extra charge.
