We feel welcome and the staff is awesome! Bailey our server did an amazing job and we just can’t say enough good things about the last resort…except we will be back for the pizza and truffle fries. Can’t wait for the warm weather to enjoy sitting outside!

Just had a fantastic Surprise 30th birthday party here. Everyone raved about the food, and Nick was so easy to work with planning and accommodating all of our requests. It was my first time, and this pool resort did not disappoint at all. Everyone was friendly and patient. Mia, our server was very chill and super nice. The menu was clear, and the food was delicious. I recommend any and everyone to go to The Last Resort in Smithfield. I can’t wait to go back.

Back in 2024 I hosted my daughter’s baby shower in the Pub Room. The event was FANTASTIC! Rave reviews for the pizza buffet, the sangria (don’t judge), and the atmosphere (casual/hip/fun)! Fast forward to September of 2025, Husband and I were looking for the perfect location to host a Rehearsal Dinner for our son and his fiancé. Once again, we booked the Pub Room. Another FANTASTIC experience! Nick worked with me to provide items from the Catering Menu as well as gluten free options so all of our guests would enjoy themselves. And enjoy we did! The entrees, sides, and salads were a big hit. So was the sangria. The staff could not have been more accommodating! I wouldn’t change a single detail about either event – thanks, Nick!

I just went to a private event at this place, and the restaurant of course supplied the food. There was an incredible Buffet of various pizzas, pasta salad, roasted vegetables, meatballs in tomato sauce, a giant fruit platter, a huge salad, how much would amazing baked pita sticks, and a huge tray of desserts. The food was absolutely amazing! My husband cannot stop raving about the pizza and the meatballs, and even the roasted vegetables. Who raves about roasted vegetables? Lol!

I could not say enough about the staff at The Last Resort and the facility as a whole. I held a private event there in early January. It was a surprise 40th for my husband. I started the event planning with Nick about two months in advance and he always answered every question, phone call and email. He also remembered every request, which I really appreciated! Lisa managed the event day of and Nicole and Justin worked the event. Every single staff member was amazing. I had so many crazy little details and Lisa, Nicole, and Justin were so accommodating. The drinks were great, and no one was ever waiting at the bar! The food was delicious and served exactly how I asked. I could not have selected a better venue for this party. Whether you are looking for a fun Saturday night out or a place to host your next event, I highly recommend The Last Resort!!

I visited solo for the first time yesterday. I arrived, stressed out from work, tired and in dire need of a month long vacation. I left relaxed, satisfied and felt like I received exactly what I needed. The waitress was very attentive to my requests- whether for a pitcher of water, or for the calamari or for other beverages. The DJ hit the mark with several reggae songs from Bob Marley to Sizzla. Not too loud for comfort either, which was a nice surprise. The calamari was cooked perfectly and a very nice portion. I wish I knew their marinara recipe. The pool was nice although a bit chilly for some, but I found it to be the perfect tonic for my body- very refreshing and invigorating . I went in five times over 6 hours. The crowd was great. I spoke to several patrons and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Everyone was dancing and enjoying the beautiful sun, but it never got too crazy- just the right vibe. Honestly, I’m kicking myself for not going before- where else can you feel like you are at a pool in Vegas in RI? I honestly did not want to leave, but the evening band was setting up and checking microphones as the establishment reset itself for the evening non-pool segment of its day. This is the type of place where if you go once, you will always keep going. I give the place 5 stars across the board and my thanks! I really needed that.

I really like going to this place during our short summer. The vibe is great, the crowd is usually good, the food is good, the pool is refreshing, and the drinks are great. The pool is a decent size; it has a deep side, so be careful. There’s a cover only if you plan on going in the pool. Be aware that kids are welcome, but just until 4 pm, I believe (call and check). I definitely recommend this place.
