Well, this was one of those where the picture made me order your fish, well, very different from the picture, corn bread felt like I can break a window with it. As you can see, I did not attempt to even try it based on the hardness I felt when I was. Spent $20 for something I should have taken back, but oh well, won’t get screwed no more, I’m not coming back. It was no wonder it was dead, I should have taken the hint about this place.

The food was amazing. The customer service was even better. Me and my picky eating family loved every bite. It’s so nice to have something besides burgers available in this little pocket of the area. The seafood was some of the freshest I’ve had in the San Antonio area. My kids had the bbq and said was it tender, seasoned well, and juicy. This is definitely my new favorite spot.

I didn’t get to eat here. I was next door in the gas station. However, the food smelled amazing. So much so that I had to take time out of my day to make a review for a place I didn’t even eat at. There is ample parking, but people are double parked here because it is so good, apparently. Lots of smiles from the customers I noticed. I’ll try it out next time for sure!

The people working here are always friendly to me. The food is good as well. In my opinion, the sausages are their best item, then the brisket sandwich. Overall this is not a bad spot to eat at to get your quick BBQ fix.

This is honestly the BEST bbq place I’ve ever eaten at. I’ve experienced their food at least 10 times and it’s the ONLY bbq place I go to. The food is always good no matter what I order. The energy and pleasantness of the staff is amazing! You can tell they put a lot of love and light into their food. Highly recommended!!!

Ok so I figured this might be a new BBQ spot. And the best review I can put here after spending almost 70 bux on dinner is to warn others to not waste you money. From the canned baked beans and prepackaged potatoe salad to the chopped brisket “with bones in it” to the tasteless fatty ribs there was nothing I could speak well of. So let me start by stating when I was first placing my order the girl at the counter has no clue. I asked her if I could have my chopped brisket from the fat or wet side instead of the flat. She had no idea what I was saying it was a whole new language to her. The guy serving the food saw her puzzled face and came up, and she asked him what if want and he told her yes it has the fat side in it. Now the problem here is much worse, because the meat I was given was so dried out like it was chopped and left out on a counter for hours, and it had a horrible flavor that the BBQ sauce couldn’t even cover up. Let me talk about the ribs because of your going to charge 20bux for a pound of bones your ribs better be on point and these guys were not seasoned, very fatty, with an extremely dry tough exterior. I could only force down a half a rib before it was making me feel sick. The sausage was just ok and the green beens were also ok but way over cooked over seasoned with way to much meat. Not sure if it was pork or beef but it did not help them at all. So here is the last of my fist and last visit. The girl at the register could not figure out how to package up my order, and by the time she was done and handed me my bag I had to take it to a table and repackage it because my green beans were pouring into my ribs and all over the bottom of the bag.
If you eat here good luck but just remember there are two thing you don’t buy from a gas station sushi and now BBQ.

So glad this place is here. I don’t mean nd driving to Kruetz or City Market, iff I have the time. The chopped brisket was moist and juicy. The ribs fell off the bone and the cream corn was a bonus. So glad it is so close to home. I will be going here whenever I want great bbq and am short on time. A+

When I first heard about this place I was super excited!! BBQ in the neighborhood. Unfortunately this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The food is ok but overpriced is a understatement. The 3 times I’ve been there I have never seen a customer eating in there or ordering anything. Gave it a third try with a STRIKEOUT! BETTER PLACES WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOOD AND BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! Stay away seems like majority of the area already figured that out.
