Coffee is always usually good however I ordered 3 loaded hashbrown bowls recently and the bacon was burnt to a crisp in all three bowls. Not cool…

I usually come here and workers are always respectful and polite but today morning was the worst, I usually don’t have time to drink my chai latte through out the day at work which I asked today for light ice so it wont be watered down, I understand it will be given a bit less than usual but NOT close to half the cup. At first they filled the whole cup with ice which I reminded the lady I asked for light ice, The lady was being very disrespectful and nasty and was talking to me like I was her child, then she took the ice out and left my drink like this. My boyfriend got a regular iced latte which is the last picture and as you can see the ice is half the cup and I got more ice than him at first. I understand workers have a bad day too but that doesn’t give them the right for them to treat us like garbage. This is disappointing and hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

Worst Dunkin in the area. They have no idea how to handle online orders and will give yours away to random people then act as if it’s not their fault when you get there. They will then take their sweet time remaking it and acting as if you asked them to do some massive favor for you. The whole point of placing online orders is to skip the line and wait, not the other way around.

This location has an excellent morning crew!!! Drinks are always on point even though it’s been KIOSK ONLY for a few days now. ..and the stupid kiosk is SO short. I’m only 5’2 and I have to SQUAT to use it!!! It’s absurd. if somebody came in and adjusted the height of it it would be tolerable. 4 stars due to that

They make good green ice tea there. It’s my favorite but every Dunkin donuts have different prices for it. They have a lot better service then the one on Elmira st. In Sayre, Pa. That place needs help… Most of the time my green ice tea taste like coffee and I don’t drink coffee

I just wanted to give the employees at this location a huge shoutout. After dealing with the horrible service at the other location in town, these employees always treat me with the upmost kindness. What the other location is doing by sending people to this location for hot food is not fair and I appreciate that the employees here still treat everyone with kindness.

I love paying nearly $7 for a full cup of ice (it almost seemed like Extra ice) after asking for less. A great value at $2.33 per sip. A beautiful capitalist dystopia as God intended.

We visited on a Sunday around 11 am so it was very busy. The line for the drive thru went into the Home Depot parking lot. We went into the store to buy our food. They want customers to use the order kiosk, not wait in line to order from the cashier. I only had cash on me, so we waited about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Once we were waited on, the cashier was pleasant. Our food/drink came out in a reasonable time limit. But while waiting, I noticed a ton of flies. I hope it’s not like this always or else this place needs to hire additional staff.
