Frustrating Experience – Feels Like the Store Doesn’t Want CustomersI’ve been an occasional Taco Bell customer for years, but after multiple visits to this location with the same issues, I’m done. The overall experience makes it feel like the staff and management simply don’t care about customers, and it’s driving loyal patrons away.Specific problems:The restroom is always locked with no sign indicating whether it’s occupied or simply requires staff assistance. Customers stand there confused, trying the door repeatedly, only to realize they need an employee to unlock it. There’s no signage explaining the policy, which is basic courtesy.
The front counter is unused – no menu board above it, and employees actively avoid eye contact or stay in the back. Ordering at the counter isn’t a real option.
Everyone is forced to use the self-order kiosks. That’s fine in theory, but the process is broken: when you select “pay with cash,” the kiosk says “order received” and gives no indication that nothing will happen until you flag down an employee, wait for them to notice you, and then pay at the counter before preparation even starts. I waited 10 minutes at my table thinking my food was being made before realizing I had to ask about it.
Small but telling issue: ordering a “side” of guacamole results in them putting it on the burrito without asking, rather than providing it separately. The portion is already tiny and low-quality for the price – treating a paid side as a topping feels like cutting corners.
I didn’t bring a food scale but portions have dropped a lot and if I was a corporation who cared about fair trade, your food weight should match the reported calorie calculated portion. If it doesn’t (I would bet a lot that it doesn’t), then you are stealing from people.
These aren’t one-off problems; they happen consistently. It feels like a poorly thought-out experiment in organization that was never tested with actual customers. Simple fixes – a bathroom sign, a clear kiosk message about cash payment, staff trained to assist at the counter, and honoring “side” orders properly – would make a huge difference. Until these are addressed, I won’t be back, and I suspect others feel the same. Taco Bell corporate should visit this location unannounced – the current setup is losing you business.

Update: They’ve consistently given me everything I’ve ordered, to the letter! I look forward to going. The drive thru order staff are always kind. I made a mistake with an online order and they offered to fix it. Even with how busy they were! All of the food feels and tastes fresh.
My crunch wrap was all lettuce on one side (very fresh and tasty) and they forgot the hot sauces. The girl that takes the orders and fills your drink was very kind. Appreciate not filling the cup with mostly ice then some juice. The chips were warm and crunchy. Like a restaurant. Mmmm. The Gordita crunch was nearly perfect! Yum yum. Could have used more sauce (personal preference, love it)

First time going to taco bell in a few years. At least since I moved out here in 2023. It’ll also be my last time going to taco bell because this taco is unacceptable. There’s nothing in it. This is the exact same order I used to always do and this is 1/4 of the meet that should be in here. Its as flat as paper. I’m actually laughing at how small this is. Yikes, taco bell

Spicy potato soft tacos are back!!! I roll up to order and there is some wild chalupa thing that is new? It was so tempting to get it, but I was on a mission and had to get the spicy potato soft tacos since it was their first day back. How do I give them an extra star, because they earned it!

The staff here is absolutely disrespectful everytime I come here the service is shit I only return because it’s fast and easy food. The staff is so lazy the guy was leaning against the window as I was trying to tell him his lovely disrespectful coworker had messed up our order because she can’t take the time to listen to what I’m trying to order I work at a restaurant and I understand how draining it is but I would never treat a customer this way under any circumstances.

I got a crunch wrap and a grilled cheese burrito. One was burnt I was trying to pick off the burnt parts to eat but there was just a lot not to mention when she pulled it out I watch the lady smack it and not just some little tap u know like smack it. The grilled cheese burrito looked good on the board so I ordered it as a separate order after already placing my 1st order as u can see the cheese is very under cooked. I dined in so there was no reason for them to rush that fast. There are 5 other people in here besides me rn but when I walked in there was one other person who already had their food. The best part of my meal was the Baja Blast!

This might be the best taco bell I have ever been to. The service is excellent, fast, and the line moves quite fairly quick. The food is the best taco bell I have had in years. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. this particular taco bell is amazing as it is.

Got the doritos locos tacos after waiting in line for about 20 minutes and both were very under filled and not good. They also put both of my hard tacos at the bottom of the bag under burritos. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened.
