Restaurant had no record of our order even though I received an email and text confirmation and checked into curbside using the text I received. Employee came out to say there was no record of our order. They went back in to talk to manager who claimed our order may have been fake. Manager came out and said we must have placed the order for the incorrect State. Showed the confirmation email to manager with the correct State, confirmation text and screenshot of pending charge in our bank account. Next, the General Manager comes out to say for the 3rd time that there was no record of our order. After repeating everything they finally agreed to COOK our order. Husband sat in parking lot with 3 kids for over an hour while they decided whether or not to honor our order. Received order over an hour after the confirmation email said it would be ready and over an hour after I received text message saying the order was ready. Even received a text message to complete survey after we received it.

Really enjoy the wings & all the yummy sauces! I appreciate that they label what sauce is which too. Good bang for your buck, also, who doesn’t love fried oreos! Delivered by Doordash and my food arrived pretty warm still, but had to reheat still. I’m pretty used to having to reheat so it’s no biggie. Can’t complain about reheating delivered food when some places are 15 min drive + traffic lights & jams. Definitely will be a regular!

I ordered online for curbside pickup and the order receipt says my food would be ready at 4:58pm. I arrived at 4:55 and checked in my food came out,cold and unfresh. It was cold curly and soggy fries and cold boneless wings. I absolutely felt robbed of my money. However I didnt have time to go back so I just took the loss.I definitely didn’t have a good 1st experience here.

It’s Just Wings is just Chili’s. What an unbelievable disappointment. Ordered takeout. The wings were poor quality and under cooked. The fries were soggy. I ate 3 wings and threw the rest away. 2 of those wings had bone fragments in in meat and the other looked like it had a tumor after I bit in. Wouldn’t recommend.

Waited 1 hr to NOT get our food after ordering pick up on THEIR app. Then we finally went inside to ask what was going on and they said there is nothing they can do and that we have to request a refund from door dash because they think a driver took it. WE DIDNT ORDER FROM DOOR DASH. The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Didn’t get our money back or our food. Never ever coming here again

Just spend the extra couple $ and go to wing stop or bww. Soggy wings, stale fries, all stacked on top of each other, got no napkins and missing the extra ranch I ordered and paid for. The only good part of it was the sauce. But you can just go into chillis and eat

First, they don’t tell you this is part of Applebees. It took me 30 minutes to find it. Then the guy at Applebees said it wasn’t there. I had ordered online and I had already paid. I had to make some phone calls to find out where it was. The food was cold by the time I got it. Food was mediocre at best. Order somewhere else.

This was my first time having Its Just Wings. I did have difficulty finding the place but soon learned it was located inside of chilis. The food is amazing and I would definitely order from them again and next time I know where to go!
