i’ll be coming to the specific Dunkin in my whole life, I live right next to it. Their consistency is absolutely horrible, I usually get the same thing and 50% of the time they mess it up. Their customer service is also rude and they don’t treat you pretty nicely.

Picking up my mobile order, woman goes “I think it’s all in there…”. Immediately worried I counted the items then left.
Instead of two BEC one everything, one croissant I got one EC on everything and one SEC on a croissant. My daughter wouldn’t even eat the sausage one.
Seemed like she knew there might be an issue, just went with it….

This was the worst professional experience I ever had. Went through the drive through and first of all, the person who took my order automatically assumed. What kind of coffee I would have without asking me how I take my coffee or giving me the time? Who let her know that I wanted my coffee with cream and sugar. Then when I got up to the window to pick up my coffee. The dirtiest of looks that this young lady gave me from the window. Her rudeness her attitude and her behavior was unacceptable for a place that should thrive on good customer service practice.
It is unacceptable to treat your customers. That way unacceptable to look at your customers that way and unacceptable to speak to your customers with a rude and unprofessional demeanor.
If I was her supervisor I definitely would either give her retraining on what it means to be a customer service oriented position because food service is customer service or definitely would reprimand her on her behavior.

It is 25 degrees out and I asked for a mango refresher with no ice. Girl hands me refresher with the filled to the brim with ice. I politely at first asked for no ice, she said her owner and manager says you cannot get it with no ice. I didn’t know it was mandatory to get drinks with ice. Especially when it’s cold out.

Worst Dunkin on the Salis Dean. Don’t go here. They’re incredibly slow. Refuse to acknowledge you when you’re sitting at the order station for five minutes and they let people cut in front of you. Never going here again!

For me is a great place to chill out after dinner, this place is the only one who can make me my favorite chocolate milk, very creamy and chocolate, the chocolate milk is not in the menus, but the service take the time to make it for me as soon I walk in the guys know what is my favorite, its always a good place to visit where they know your taste. I tried repeatedly to tip them for their excellent work, but they always rejected it.

Woman at the window rolled her eyes and was very rude when I asked to add on a wake up wrap to my order. There was no line behind me
It would have been nicer if she said no or to come in/ drive back around. All the other employees have been really kind but I never want to go back after today lol I’d rather go to Berlin Turnpike where they always get my order wrong than re-encounter her eye roll and rudeness

This location owes me at least $15 at this point due to me not being able to get my order. This location is SO INCREDIBLY SLOW! I’ve sat in line for over 20 mins several times with only 3 cars in front of me, and still had to wait at the window for 5-10 mins. I’ve also done mobile orders with a 15-20 min advance, and the order isn’t even started by the time I get there. Both of these scenarios require me to leave before I can get my paid order. Management needs to do a better job at keeping the employees on task. A customers order comes before your conversation or text message. If you are behind on orders, then every staff member should be working.. not standing around waiting like me.

The two Latina girls working were both very rude and made us wait 10 mins for our coffee until I had to go in and ask, for then our coffee to be waiting on the counter and never brought out to us. Ask the girl why these weren’t getting brought out to us and very rude and nasty goes “we have other customers and very busy”. By far worst Dunkin’ experience ever and will not return to this location.
