We ordered for delivery, and the food was fantastic. The Tom Yum soup was spicy and had great flavor. Not too fatty and perfect consistency. The pad Thai noodles were the perfect texture, and not greasy. If I were to do it again I would add some heat to it. The crab wontons and chicken satay were delicious as well. The peanut sauce with the Satay was excellent in flavor, not too fatty and great consistency. I am looking forward to ordering again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but had to for this one. Absolutely shocked at the cost of this food for what it was. It is a ghost kitchen so there is absolutely zero human interaction. I ordered chicken cashew nut and it is almost entirely carrots and celery. There is hardly any chicken and overall zero taste. The plastic utensils can’t pierce any of the food, just bend. I do not recommend ordering from here.

Had a GrubHub delivery of their main pad thai dish. Delivery was late (about 30 min) … and the portion in their small plastic trays as small… for almost $20 this is what you get.. in a regular Thai sit-down restaurant , for this money, it’d almost be double the amount… … though food was okay… bottom-line… high-priced for small portion.

Great portion size and protein amount. My gf ordered pad Thai noodles and I got Pad Khi Mao which was awesome. The spice is appropriate for what we ordered and I would recommend this restaurant for an authentic Thai food.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and it’s really hit or miss but more often than not the garlic chicken is chewy and hard and somehow soggy at the same time? I gave this place a few tries but I think I’m done. It’s really not worth the money.

I can’t believe this is the same Bai Tong Thai restaurant I’ve enjoyed before. I’ve tried the Capitol Hill location, and the food there was completely different—much better. I honestly don’t understand why they would open a central kitchen location if they can’t maintain the same quality. The food here was incredibly disappointing.
