I ordered at 8:45, didn’t get my food until 9:40 because they gave my food away to someone else and had to remake it. I’m not the only person this happened to, there was someone’s food that they gave away twice and they had to wait there for 2 hours. And even then they forgot some of his food.

This Wingstop is absolutely the worst and people are always having problems. Their food is good but that doesn’t make up for the time taken to get the food or the mistakes after you get it. I’m not one to complain but when it’s something that happens over and over again, there’s a problem.

I hate yall. Always slow, even when you order ahead. Then when I get it delivered yall give my order to SOMEONE ELSE BESIDES MY DASHER. I gave yall more than one opportunity to redeem yourselves in my eyes but yall continue to disappoint me time and time again. If yall weren’t the only one in town I wouldn’t order from this location at all, but I like your tenders. Fortunately for me there’s plenty of other places in town that’ll give way better service than y’all on your best day.

My co-workers and I placed an order online for lunch and one of us picked it up. Two of us didn’t get our large cheese fries so we called to let them know we didn’t get them to see if someone could come pick them up. The woman that answered was extremely rude and said “those should be in the bag” and continued to argue about it… Yeah, you’re absolutely right, they SHOULD be, but they are not. Instead, they gave us voo-doo fries which neither of us can eat. The woman continued being rude all the way until the end of the phone call. We were respectful on our end about their mess up and we were met with attitude and push back. I paid $16 for 6 boneless wings and a large cheese fry, so yes, I would like food I can actually eat. Even double checked our online order to make sure we didn’t mess something up, and it was definitely not on us.

EVERYTIME I make a mobile order I mark extra seasoning & large drink. I NEVER get the seasoning I pay extra for and so tonight I make 2 employees aware and I got my food after 20 mins after my 20 minute wait time so FORTY MINUTES! And got no seasoning. I wasn’t gonna wait 10 minutes for the. To put it on my food so I asked for a little cup of it. I was give not even a half of a quarter of the times sauce things and was told I was being charged for it. 2 dollars on top of paying for it online? $25 at the end for a 10 wing meal??? THATS CRAZY! I had to ASK for my cup so I could get my drink that I again paid extra for bc I got a large and she had a poor attitude. Between them, the seacy and Jacksonville location I get wing stop roughly twice weekly! And so this location is one you HAVE to order online with so that means all the “extra” we pay on the app is scammed from us to be charged again?? And then they won’t answer the phone ?? I plan to call till I get an answer. There’s no reason I should get cold food while I wait inside for 20 EXTRA minutes asked twice for what I ordered then had to pay again for it. Attached are the pictures.. honestly so disappointed. And the girl that they always have up there and I felt with tonight acts like she has no idea what she’s doing or anything and I tell her my concern and I get told to “ok have a good night”. I’ll take my money else where if this isn’t fixed, so I guess we will see. Not to mention the 2 people I was standing in line with were mad saying they wait forever past wait time at this location while this worker is just walking.. cause she’s never seen cooking. So disappointing .. cold unseasoned food for $25 is TERRIBLE!

I got the barbecue wings and I did doordash it. The bbq is clearly not all over the wings and the fries were not seasoned WHATSOEVER!! They also had no ranch.. Fries were cold and so were the wings. Very disappointed.

Waited 1hr for 3 chicken strips and fries. Only to be told 30 minutes into waiting they were out of fries. Only 3 or 4 workers were actually working while more and more people piled in. Eventually more people walked in from the back and the smell of weed filled the room. Nobody knew what was going on. There was no sense of urgency and multiple people including me had been waiting for close to an hour. 2 coworkers during this time couldn’t find anything better to do than argue about taking breaks to long of whatever the hell they were arguing about. Between the 2 of them the counter was left unattended and no orders were took. Even if they took more orders they probably wouldn’t have been done till the next day. Employees were also worried more about filling up there own personal drink and talking on the phone instead of helping customers get in and out in a decent amount of time.

Overall the service of this place is beyond awful. Was told my order was ready at 1020 did not get my food until midnight!!! From my
Perspective it seems the system of getting food in and out is broken. Customers who came in and ordered were getting food faster than those who been waiting an hour. Went up twice and order still wasn’t being made. Finally went up to just cancel and was told my order was being made right now. An additional 25 minutes later finally got my food only to be greeted with missing cheese fries and a 5 piece wing. The entire crew needs to be retrained.
