I dont know how you treat customer with such rude and unprofessional behavior. One of the oldest employee was so disrespectful and rude it’s unbelievable .This is my second bad experience with same employee at this location. I dont know how subway qualify them with this behavior definitely need to provide counseling and customer service training to this physo who is working with this attitude. Will definitely not go to this or any subway where customer is treated as nobody. There are other business also who is happy to help me with good attitude.

If you value respect and professionalism, avoid this place. The person working the counter was arrogant and rude. No customer deserves to be treated that way.
Worst experience ever. The counter staff had zero communication skills, spoke in a very rude tone, and made the whole visit unpleasant. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.I will never go here.Negative vibes

I usually enjoy going to Subway, but my recent visit to this location was extremely upsetting. One of the older employees was rude, impatient, and treated me with an attitude that felt discriminatory and dismissive. There was no basic courtesy, just cold, judgmental behavior.
What concerned me even more was how carelessly this person handled other customers’ food. It made me feel uneasy and question the hygiene standards at this location.
No customer should ever feel disrespected or unsafe about what they’re eating. Subway needs to seriously review how this store is being managed.
I won’t be returning to this location until changes are made.

My family went today, and there was a sign which stated that they are not accepting “coupons “ at this time. I verified the information with the staff person who confirmed that coupons are not accepted. With the rise in the cost of living, accepting coupon shows sign of Goodwill as consumers attempt to cut cost and save.

Went in Subway at 3pm on 9/23/24 to purchase 9 foot long sandwiches for work. I was told that Subway was not accepting coupons. I’ve never heard of such a thing. When I asked the supervisor why they aren’t accepting any coupons, his answer was ” not accepting coupons “. I’ve been getting Subway for years. I won’t be back. Unprofessional and zero customer service.

Horrendous attitude from the cashier to a couple ahead of me in line, noticed the customers had difficulty communicating in English. Continued to give them a hard time through it all for trying their best to communicate the order to her. Plenty of nicer subways around.

So the woman who helped me was nice and everything went well. The only thing is that the vegetables have freezer burn and it doesn’t look good it was on the tomato, cucumber, lettuce. The customers can see the container and it’s white instead of clear it’s either freeze or mold. Perhaps washing them before putting new items in would alleviate that.
