Went today on 12/2/2019 Paid $10 for this spicy chicken sandwich when I got home I noticed the chicken was smaller than a $1.79 chicken sandwich. The manager Isabel needs to train her employees on how to treat a customer called to verify why it was so small and the answer they gave me was well you can come back and exchange it, they don’t take in consideration that I need to waist more time driving back. How pathetic this jack in the box will hear from a district manager pretty soon…

So disappointed, since when are the jack spicy chickens almost the same size as the chicken sandwich? The chicken patty was literally a chicken tender and no meat all breading. Completely unedible, I would of gone back for a remake but I had my sick baby in the car How can I go about a refund?

I don’t know who writes reviews for good food at Jack. It either taste great like NORMAL, or something went wrong and you write your review. But this place is horrible and wouldn’t EVER EVER EAT HERE!!! would say again, but I didn’t eat lol. The workers are incompetent. And while I was explaining (wrong order) she had bugs on her. Then stated she “don’t care about her job” WOWWWWWW who says that.

Just waited close to 20 minutes in the drive through! Didn’t even get an acknowledgement from staff for the wait. Absolutely ridiculous! 20 minutes waiting for 2 orders of chicken nuggets a burger and fries. It’s been years since my last visit here and I was rudely reminded tonight why I stopped coming. Who ever is on today’s shift between the hours of 6:00-7:00 p.m needs some SERIOUS training on management and customer service!! Should have just cooked at home. So much for “fast food”.

My family stopped by to dine-In before going to the Zoo. There was nine of us. When we asked Amanda for two a Buttermilk & this rude cashier said we could only have one. Utterly ridiculous! We spend good money here. Unbelievable!!!
