I literally never write reviews even when I tell myself I’m going to but I think it should be noted that the employees here are always so kind and welcoming. I especially would like to point out the general manager of this location. I have seen him in all the time since I moved to this city and every time he is kind and brightens my (and I’m sure many other guests) day even if I’m in a bad mood walking in. This is a great spot for the vibe too. Decorating is nice and food is dangerously good. Love being a regular here and supporting these fine employees.

I walked in and was standing there waiting to order. The lady behind the counter was checking out the only other customer in the place. This family walks in and they acknowledge them and start talking their order. The other employees just looks at me and walks by. No one ever acknowledge me. So rude and disrespectful. Iam very sad because the food is really good. I wont go back.

UPDATE: Same response they give to all the rest!! Never seem to own up to what the issue is, they just try to make the person look bad and suggest “LARGER” items. From the reviews I have read their potatoes aren’t any better! NO THANKS. I will not be returning. A business that cannot go the extra step to correct issues or try to make it better is not for me.
Well extremely disappointed. This place was recommended to me, so I went and purchased the Meat Lover sandwich, regular size. It was mostly the bread! Barely had two tablespoons of filling. For $13 bucks and change I expected better.

Not gonna lie, I was upset when they closed my City Bites on May & Independence… But the shop on Western has saved the day. My Loaded Baked Potato order is always ready when I get there & always perfect & delicious!
And the kids who run the place are so Fun!

This “medium” sandwich was $16. I have average sized hands…and once unwrapped it’s much smaller than what it looks like here..no chips or drink included. Insane
