Larz and Jeremiah are incredible. They make a special order for my 94 year old so perfect. They continue to go above and beyond 5 stars for my mom. My mom likes the egg white sandwich which she tweaks. The double toast it and slice in half for her. Those employees as well as the other employees are so helpful and special. Jeremiah always writes mom a special note.

Panera really needs to bring back the old recipes. The baguette is a silent symphony of tragedy, your bagels are a gimmick. I get it, it’s fast food for carb happy idiots but honestly, you should be sued for the blasphemy of claiming your menu as anything other than white bread. Even the asiago bagel has less cheese in it to cut costs, despite the increase in sale price by at least 2x since 10 years ago. The problem has nothing to do with the bakes or the bakers, this is a recipe problem, and a corporate greed problem. Thanks to the staff.

This location was very clean, well stocked, and good-looking. Service was pretty fast, despite the huge line when we arrived. Our food came out as ordered and it was delicious. We were very happy with our experience at this Panera location. I would highly recommend this place to others.

The Cedar Falls Panera has always treated me so well when I need to coordinate caterings for my workplace. Multiple times they have been able to squeeze me in in a short time frame, and are happy to do it and never complain. Every time I have worked with them they are super attentive, detailed, and friendly to work with. I have never had an unpleasant experience with their team. They make the process very easy and stress free for me as well! It is so nice that they are able to cater both breakfast and lunch as well. The vareity of food they have is awesome as well! You can get a little bit of everything for everyone, including drinks like coffee and orange juice. One stop shop for sure, with no work on my end! I love working with them for caterings and will continue to always think of them for my catering needs and would recommend them to others as well!

This location used to be more consistent, but has been hit or miss lately in terms of order accuracy. The other day I ordered my usual Baja Grain Bowl, and found a suspicious addition in my bowl, which I tried to assume was a string from the corn. Eventually, I had to stop eating because I was too grossed out by the mystery string— definitely an appetite killer (and definitely way too thick and fibrous to be from corn).

We ordered the tomato soup, tuna sandwich, Thai chick soup, Flatbread pizza, and a few pastries. The tomatoes are not the best as they are squishy. Baguettes are one of my favorite breads. Everything else was great.

The last two times I have picked up food to go at Panera I have been very disappointed. This is a $6 salad? Less than half a container of salad dressing…not a problem since I got less than half of a container of salad. VERY disappointed!! This picture actually looks better than what it really is. I had slept it by this point.
