If I could give no stars I would…. I waited 20 minutes for these ordinary cheese pizzas. I specifically asked for a pretzel crust cheese pizza and two cheese pizzas. They gave me all the same pizzas. Not surprised they mess orders up seeing that the girl who took my order dropped the customer pizza as she was handing it to him. I find myself going there when trying to save a coin or two and but you get what you pay for service is always terrible at this location

LolHi im a door dasher with door dash and I have had three orders to pick up there rude and make you confirm before seeing the food and check it this is staff and managers and this is not door dash policy. We as door dashers have to check and confirm are orders before we can even leave or confirm the order. 15 or more of my fellow dasher have been having this problem and we all decided to stop going to pick up at this location till they stop being rude and get there act together so if your a dasher I would advise you black list little Caesars Talladega till farther notice and report this to your dasher hotline and let them know of this as this is not door dash policy and I don’t want you as fellow dashers to get in trouble or be deactivated because of this store.

The workers stood outside for a good 15 minutes before noticing us at the drive-through trying to pick up our online order. The food is fine but if the associates are standing outside smoking and chatting instead of attending to customers then I don’t see myself returning.

I placed on online order via the app. My order was placed 2 hours ahead in advanced. When I reached the Talladega branch too pick up my order it had not even been made yet. Despite the time they tell you too be there too pick up. Also when the pizza was brought home I had too re cut the entire two pizzas I ordered.

There have been times where Little Caesars has let me down in the past but today tops it off. I will not go back. It is New Year’s Day so my husband went online to order pizza for a 10:45 pickup. I drive to the store and wait in the drive thru. I see two young men in the store and they see me in the drive through. After about 10 minutes of no one coming to the window I knock on the drive through glass. A few minutes later the young man tells me that they don’t open until 11 due to holiday hours. No where on the building does it say they open later. The sign on the window says 10:30. By now it’s 10:58 so I plan to wait for my pizza. A few minutes pass and the young man comes back to the window to tell me that his manager is asleep in the car and he is the only one in the store and he can’t make my order. I ask if he can refund my money or wake up the manager. A car pulls in behind me and I explain to this lady what is going on, she too has placed an online order for 11 am. The young man then returns to the window and now says it’s 12 before they open. I ask for a refund and he tells me I’ll have to go to his manager’s car and ask for a refund. I drive around the building and approach the car where the manager is having a smoke. I explain the situation and she tells me that she can cancel my order once she finishes her cigarette. A few minutes later she goes inside and does cancel our order and says we should see the money refunded to our card in a couple of days. My frustration is the lack of communication. If you don’t open until 12 that time needs to be posted somewhere so customers know. Also if you don’t open until 12 your online ordering should not let customers place an order for anytime before 12.

Beware!! The food is Little Caesar’s so it’s alright at best. It’s cheap pizza. The problem is this location has awful service. Do not, I mean DO NOT get in the drive through line. It is narrow and they don’t ask cars to pull around to wait for their pizza. Our experience was we pulled up with cars in front of us. No one worked the window. When someone finally did come to the window, we had wait a very long time for that car to get their pizza. You cannot pull away if you don’t want to wait because you’re trapped in this narrow drive through with a fence on your right side. The car in front us sat for a length of time with no service before my wife finally went in and confronted the supervisor about moving cars through the drive through and was talked to rudely. The service is horrible all the way to the managers. Hot and Ready is a joke. They never have pizzas made. This is our third encounter with terrible service here. We will order elsewhere.

The food is good but there is only one thing that has not been really great is that the crazy breads dry why they don’t put enough butter and Parmesan on it. I do believe that they need to have more workers there that have speed because the last few times I’ve been there they were a little slow and I honestly think that they needed to start wiping down Windows and their counter where the sauce cups go.

I went there today to get 2 pizzas and got 1 for the price of just a stuff crust pizza when I wanted stuffed crunch and 1 extra most best. The pizza looked good but the bread is under cooked. You can’t pick it up without using two hands SMH.

I waited a hour in the lobby for 3 orders of pepperoni crazy puffs after I had to tell four different people what I ordered. I’ve worked in fast food before and I understand busy but come on this is unacceptable. Not to mention, while I waited 3 other customers returned their food because their orders were wrong. They didn’t even offer me a free water. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years.
