Terrible customer service except for one employee. The guy working today was great but the rest have attitudes. You can tell the company doesn’t treat their employees well because it reflects in the customer service you receive. Corporate do better. If it wasn’t for your employees you wouldn’t have a business.

Staff weren’t attentive, but they were friendly and helpful.
Order wasn’t correct. Missing a side and the Oreo pie. But was quickly corrected.
Most of the order was hot and presentable.
Lobby tables were dirty.
Biggest takeaways were the friendliness of the staff and convenience of the location to Woodruff Rd and Walmart.

Today I went to Burger King and ordered a combo meal. The people serving me were very racist in the way they spoke to me. I told them I didn’t want soda, and they kept saying the combo came with it, which wasn’t necessary. The staff who helped me weren’t helpful, even though they didn’t speak English well. Besides that, the food tasted like plastic with no flavor, the bread was stale, they don’t cook it like they used to, the fries were tasteless and tiny, like McDonald’s fries. I won’t recommend this place again because the cashiers are so racist.

Ordered two whoppers on the app at 1:31pm for pickup at the drive-thru. Just two cars ahead of me. I didn’t get my food until 1:57pm. That’s 26 minutes to pickup an online order. Unacceptable! I told the employee working the window of the awfully slow service and requested a complimentary order of fries. He balked at the request, said he would have to ask for permission, and then finally gave me some fries. When I got home, one of the whoppers was made wrong. It’s hard to scrape melted cheese off of a burger patty. Only location with worse service and quality is the Burger King in Mauldin.

DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK – I went to this Burger King location for a regular whopper, nothing special. Hours later I came down with the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had, it lasted a full week. Nothing but vomiting and being stuck in bed, do yourself a favor and don’t go here if you value your health!

If you ever want a late night snack and you’ve worked all day., don’t hesitate to stop by this burger king. The food is always hot and the guys and manager at night are beyond amazing. Especially Tez he’s so respectful. Thank for making me like Burger King again.

My first time coming to this bk was a bad experience. It was my fault, but since then, the workers have been funny, amazing, and nice. I really wish all these workers got more recognition for their work. It takes special people to work in fast food, and this store is full of them!
