Surroundings were clean and well organized with various of options of sauces to put onto your subs. I loved the presentation of the food as well! 10/10 recommend! Best firehouse experience by far. Trisha and Kami notably went above and beyond for our service. They were very personable and made our experience very enjoyable. They helped out and fed our entire 20 person team on late notice. They should be given a bonus for sure. I will be telling all my friends and family to come here!

Sandwich does not represent the picture as far as portions are concerned at this location. I’ve been going to firehouse since they opened and have been to several locations around omaha without disappointment as far as flavor and portions. Recently moved to Sioux City and have gone to firehouse twice with the exact same result of portion of meat on the brisket sandwich. I literally had one slice of meat on this sandwich.

very unprofessional. I have a formal complaint about the manager who hung proceeds to hang up on me so I contacted tho owner who ignored the statement’s I made and return kept avoiding the situation. He proceeds to interrupt me and then hangs up. No customer service. No respect. Nor any responsibly. I’m utterly disgusted and disappointed in this establishment and how they treat employees and customers. DONT GO HERE.
