When you order Teriyaki chicken, you would expect to get Teriyaki sauce in the bag, NOT SOY SAUCE!! Chicken was dry and the noodles portion small and also dry. I had hard time understanding the lady taking out order, accent was tough and she interrupted several times instead of listening to the choices. She was present at the window. I’m guessing she grabbed the wrong sauce too. I normally enjoy Panda Express from other locations. ♂️

We like going to panda express. This one was off. The workers at the counter didn’t help us and had to call for them. And when we needed sauces (soy sauce, sweet and sour, etc), they didn’t even look at us. We had to literally ring the bell. Lastly, the parking lot lights never came on. They were off when we got there (8:45pm) and when we left (9:30pm).

I don’t know if it’s just this location or all locations, but they no longer cut their teriyaki chicken anymore. The switch to sauce packets for teriyaki sauce a couple of years ago was also a big step down for me. Quality and service no longer seem to matter, even as prices skyrocket. If this is progress, let’s go backward.

Went here to pick up lunch while I was out running errands. The outside of the building is nice, and the drive through isn’t organized chaotically.
The person working the window was friendly and helpful. I got orange chicken with chow mein as a side. The total was at $10.00.
The chicken was good and hot, the chow mein wasn’t as good as I had remembered, it was a touch dry, but still good.

They didn’t fill up the containers all the way. Feels like I got ripped off. Food was very dry as well. At other locations I’ve had saucy, delicious entrees but not here. Rice was very sticky and clumpy.

I love the supergreens but they are usually sold out, say 8 out of 10 times. They say if you call ahead you can get it. Don’t forget to grab forks and napkins as they will NOT be in your bag
