I had a really disappointing experience at this Wendy’s. The food quality wasn’t good at all. The fries were cold and soggy, the burger looked rushed and sloppy, and the overall cleanliness of the dining area and drink station was not what you would expect from a restaurant.
The biggest issue, though, is clearly the management. The general manager creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere in the restaurant. The way the GM talks to and treats employees is honestly shocking. It felt very unprofessional and made the entire place feel tense and negative. It’s obvious that the environment comes from the top, and it seems like the GM runs the place with very little respect for the staff.
I won’t say anything about the employees because they deserve better leadership. The real problem here is the general manager and how the location is being run. When management acts like that, it affects everything . the environment, the quality, and the overall experience for customers.
Until the management changes, I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.

This was easily one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had, and the biggest reason is the general manager at this location. I want to be clear that the person I’m talking about was the general manager, not just a shift lead or regular manager. The food itself wasn’t great either the fries were cold, the burger looked poorly put together, and the restaurant didn’t seem very clean. But honestly the real issue here isn’t just the food, it’s the way this place is being run by the general manager.
While I was there, the general manager started screaming at an employee in front of customers because the employee gave a toddler a free cookie. It was honestly shocking to watch. A small act of kindness for a child turned into the general manager loudly yelling and embarrassing the employee right there in the restaurant.
The whole situation made the atmosphere extremely uncomfortable. When the general manager behaves like that in front of customers, it makes the entire place feel tense and negative. You could clearly see that the environment in the restaurant reflects how the general manager runs things.
This location clearly has serious management problems, specifically with the general manager. Until something changes with the general manager at this store, I would strongly recommend going to a different Wendy’s.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or kids coming in by themselves, mostly because of the manager, Laura. Instead of making the restaurant feel welcoming, she came across as rude, impatient, and unnecessarily harsh toward customers, including younger ones who were just trying to order food. The atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable, and it didn’t seem like a place where kids could safely or comfortably stop in for a quick meal. A restaurant like this should be friendly and family-oriented, but the way Laura handled people made it feel like the opposite.

Terrible experience at this Wendy’s. The general manager, Laura, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, she was acting inappropriately with some guy near the counter while families and kids were around, including mine, which was uncomfortable and embarrassing to witness. Management like this explains why the service here is so bad. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I would leave a negative star if I could!! Asked for 2 cups of water (medium) and the short Hispanic female said it it would be $6 because they charge for the cups. That’s understandable if you do but not the price of a fountain drink, that’s highway robbery and plus money was already spent on food. NEVER AGAIN!!

Pros: It’s close, that’s it.
Cons:
-Food is always old, nothing is fresh.
-Forgotten food multiple times in orders.
-Hair in food.
-Staff undertrained, not to mention incompetent for a literally easy fast food place.
-Hair in a simple FROSTY, like how?
This list can go on and on, this place has a 2.4 rating for a reason. Just do yourself a favor in the long run and make the drive to the location at the end of Garth rd.

Waited 15 minutes to get an answer from the drive thru at 7ish for breakfast. No answer after multiple tries so I left and will not be back. Same thing happened to a co-worker except he left the drive thru and went in. Still no service. That’s 2 customers who couldn’t even get a “Hello”! Whoever the owner is that sunk a ton of cash to get the Taqueria demolished and put this up, needs to change the whole staff over quick. What a joke.

The food is always cold, and the customer service is absolutely terrible. Orders are carelessly thrown into one bag with no regard for accuracy or presentation. For a store that just opened, the level of incompetence is unacceptable. This location desperately needs new management and an entirely new staff. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what this place deserves. I will never be returning to this location.

Worst customer service I’ve had in years. Placed an order for pick up at 6:53 AM. Went to the restaurant to pick up the order at 7:20 and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. I finally went to the counter and ask if my order was ready. They didn’t seem to know that I placed an order. I ended up leaving, with no food and no refund. I will never order from the place again.
