Delicious pizza! I’ve ordered from here twice. Once for delivery for a move day, we got three large pizzas, a salad, and some soda/juice to feed 5 people. All were cooked well and delicious and there was even leftovers!
Most recently I got their small hot honey pepperoni pizza for 3 people and that fed us all, 2 slices each with leftovers (8 slices in the small). We picked that order up and it was quick and efficient. It’s not a sit down restaurant, I think that’s the bar next door. You just pick up and walk out! I’d recommend!

I’ve been a loyal customer to Pizza Palace for over 20 years. They had the best food in town. Unfortunately lately the food has not been that good. My mother ordered a pizza last night and it came burnt! She paid 25 bucks for a burnt pizza in 20 to the driver to deliver. Just to not have dinner. I called and made a complaint. I heard the cook in the background saying. People always do that they call the next day and they want their money back or another item. He was very rude! I’m not looking to get free food! I paid $50 to have nothing. My order doesn’t come correct half the time. You ask for meat sauce and you get marinara sauce with crumbled up meatball. I pay a lot of extra money for meat sauce and get marinara. Very disappointing. I don’t know who the chefs are but they are going to cause pizza palace to lose business. I order from Pizza Palace 2 to 3 times a week! If the owner is reading this post. I suggest you look into getting some good chefs in there you’re going to lose business. Who the hell would send a customer a burnt pizza! The bottom was black. No common sense. Sad that cook is lucky I didn’t come in there to confront him. Talks a lot of junk over the phone. Very disappointing

Tried this place for the first time and won’t be going back. The boneless wings barely had any sauce. They didn’t taste flavored at all. We got teriyaki and they just tasted like regular chicken. Also, most of the pieces were so small, I would call that popcorn chicken, not boneless wings. I couldn’t believe I paid $15 for small pieces of chicken.

Pathetic management. We used to order here all the time, and then they sent two orders all wrong. One was full of meat, which we don’t eat, and then they just made everything wrong. TWO TIMES IN 5+ YEARS. We place an order and get told we are being refused service for too many complaints. You could just do your jobs right and you’d have continued business. Whatever. The food is mediocre at best, but it was convenient. Good luck with this place. (Interesting it also happened not in the other times we ordered since the issues but when we had a free pizza for repeated business.)

I like the newly renovated place. Feels like life has been pumped back into this place. New menu/drinks available. Was incredibly busy on the friday night I went, and still received great food and great service. Music was pretty loud but loved the early 2K playlist. Parking is tight here, if you haven’t been here (in a while), park across the road in the dollar general parking lot. A lot easier IMO.

Ordered at take out and was supposed to get notified in the bar when order was ready, this never happened. Bread on grinder was hard, seemed a bit old and lettuce was terrible. Very disappointed. Rinaldi’s in Enfield, right down the street was much better.

Okay so I’ve been here a few times & just got delivery. Roughly 7 pm on a Saturday night.
Pizza each time, one time it was really good, one time it was good, and tonight was blah. Cheese was super thick/heavy. It seemed like the pie should have been in the oven another minute, & there was virtually no sauce which is my favorite part.
I have to say, it seemed a bit pricey for the quantity of food, definitely for the quality/consistency of their work.
I would say since I have a 33% chance of getting the pizza I want, I probably won’t be back.
