They’re open! So far so good, the staff is nice and the food was fresh. The place was nice and clean. It didn’t seem to have Wifi though? But there are a decent amount of tables to dine in. I’ve been craving Subway’s teriyaki chicken for a while so I’m so glad they’re finally open again in Princeton!

Every time one of the girls there is working they will refuse to give you your order through the drive thru window and say you have to come in. Even had one of them very rudely tell me “next time you need to come in”. But when it’s one of the guys working there they very politely hand you your order without any issues. I’ve had issues with my order being made incorrectly 3 times now and it’s only whenever the girls are working up there. Never had an issue with my order being incorrect when the guys are working the shifts.

Last Tuesday June 17th 2025, I ordered a Titan and a Beast online. Order was supposed to be ready in 15 mins. Gave them about 30-35 minutes because I figured they were busy. Got there and had to wait another 25 mins before they even started on my sandwiches. When I got on the road they gave me 2 totally different sandwiches. Since I was pressed for time because I was heading out of town. I called the store everyday up until Friday. No one at the store answered. I go in today to ask about the refund and they couldn’t do it. The manager stated next time call. I responded that I called everyday last week and no response. She replied with a sorry. If I ever get desperate enough for a sandwich I might come to this location again and I’ll most definitely check my sandwich before leaving if it’s an online order.

Can’t do mobile pick up orders in the drive thru. They will not hand you a bag thru the window and will make you walk into grab the order.

We’ve only been twice to this new location since we live in Farmersville. But both times the online orders were perfect and ready when promised. Friendly people and the sammiches are just as good as at the original location.

This nice old lady workin today on 3/7/26 at 2:20pm was working in the front and she was constantly asking for help from 2 coworkers in the back when more customers came in and the two girls in the back ignored her multiple times then FINALLY came up and helped her.. Girl in the back that ignored her was Lizabeth.
