I’ve been to 3 or 4 Starbucks around the villages and they r all good no matter if it’s stan alone or inside a target or Barnes and nobles. But this one is the best it has the biggest seating area a large table to set up laptops with seating for 8-10 . The service is always super fast no matter the time of day and the drinks are what you would expect from Starbucks and they give out samples fairly often of drink combos I would never think to try… And they r always often it makes me jealous that I can’t think of creative drink orders. The only downside to almost all coffee places here is that no one makes mocha with melted chocolate it’s always use a syrup. Melted chocolate in expresso

Service at check in was friendly and efficient. There is a Rooftop pool on level 5. Place is basically on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a city facing room. Place was clean. The pullout sofa was terribly uncomfortable for our guest who had to sleep on it.
Coffee bar on level 2 had a percolator with stale coffee. We didn’t use the bar next to the pool.
We booked thru VRBO and we’re not aware of the excessive hidden fees until day of. This place was overpriced. Cannot check in until 4pm so it left us very little time to get unpacked and get to the beach to catch the sunset. This is why were here… the beach. I was able to catch a few great photos. Would have been better off at a chain hotel for the money spent and will do that next time.

I’m not sure what has changed at this store, but today was complete disfunction. There were about 7 employees and two who were at an actual station and doing a great job, food station and drive-thru. Everyone else was walking in circles and not really making coffee, or doing anything,after waiting 20 minutes for a plain cold brew I had to leave without it. Seems as if this store needs some sort of management to step in.

This relatively new Starbucks location was adequate, but not overwhelming. It seemed like most of the staff was fairly new and not quite meeting the experience level of talented, engaging veteran Starbucks employees that you find in most locations. I can’t describe my visit to this location as a typical Starbucks experience. Let’s hope this will improve over time.

Took so long for two coffees! 15 minutes or better. So slow, they couldn’t seem to divide the drive through and the counter. It was insane having to wait so long. If we didn’t already pay. We would have walked.

I love the new unsweetened matcha powder, but only when my order is made correctly. Please stop over loading the scoop because even after it’s blended there are chunks of bitter matcha and it ruins my $6 drink.

I have been coming to this Starbucks 5days a week for the past 6 months and use the app to order ahead. Now they have been short staffed for a couple of months it seams and I have had to order nearly 25 minutes ahead of pick up. Today I went inside and spoke with Sam for a few minutes while waiting on my order. At 8 minutes past my pickup time I got back in my car and went through the drive thru to get my order. I received my coffee at 10:08am when I placed the order at 9:45am!!! This is not the first time they have taken this long and it is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. For the price that we pay to purchase their coffee we should get exceptional service. I could go to McDonald’s for coffee if I wanted this kind of service. DO BETTER.

(This happened last Saturday August 30th, I’m editing the review cause I posted on the wrong store. )This morning we went there to get some coffee and the lady at the window was very rude, I do not her name but I ordered a caramel hot latte and she couldn’t understand my English, I clearly have an accent but I’m fluent and my friend who tried to help with the order and who doesn’t have any accent asked her for the same thing and she couldn’t understand either which is okay but the way that she was asking it was really mean. When we got to the window my friend ordered brown sugar, and she said they don’t have brown sugar( cane sugar) on top of that she slapped the window in our face at the end . This lady is working at the window, short blonde tick lady, very rude. I need to say to that the coffee was really good, thanks god she did not make the coffee . Have a blessed day yall and do better if you work in customer services. Hopefully yall do something with this rude lady fr.
