I really wanted to like this place and were happy that they offer gluten free bread. However, the excitement didn‘t last very long: There was a fly in the salad of the sandwich, which will make me not returning ever again.

Quick! I ordered the tuna sandwich and it was really good. Was a nice healthier option. Fresh ingredients. Lots of veggies. Not a sit in restaurant but tables in front of the restaurant you can sit down at. We ordered at window and had our sandwich before we were done paying.

Do not go here. This was the most expensive sandwich shop I’ve ever been to anywhere, hands down – for basic deli meat. But the worst? there was 1) absolutely NO avocado on the “turkey avocado”sandwich (it’s literally billed as the second ingredient and they left it out!!! Robbery!) and 2) I paid THREE dollars for a side of pickle and they don’t include it. I know better than to not check. They were not busy, I was the only customer. There is zero excuse for such shitty service and lack of attention to detail. Three bucks for a pickle they didn’t even give me. I’m so angry. Seriously do not go here.

The presentation of the chicken salad sandwich was great but the sandwich itself was very mediocre! They packed it with a lot of vegetables which is good but were very skimpy on the chicken salad. It seems they only place a little bit of the chicken salad in the center of the sandwich so you’re only eating vegetables and bread after the first few bites (see picture). There was no chicken salad around the corners of the sandwich. The customer service was great and the employees were helpful however I recommend just taking 3 steps to the left and going to Aloha Salads.

Everything was awesome! Great, genuinely friendly, and awesomely efficient staff… LOVE the pastrami sandwich (and I do love alfalfa sprouts) AND service is QUICK! From ordering to getting my sandwiches was MAYBE 3 min. Sandwiches are made upon ordering and the whole walk up experience feels very green and healthy. Definitely gonna be back!

It’s expected to be expensive. It’s kailua! But the sandwiches are exactly what you could make at home with Costco ingredients. I got avocado on mine and as you can tell from the picture only one bite has avocado in it. The rest was empty. Don’t be fooled by pictures. They front load the sandwich but there is nothing in the back. It’s an instagram sandwich not a real one.
