i don’t typically leave bad reviews, but this is the second time i’ve experienced rude service at this location from the same older gentleman with a gold tooth. there was no greeting, no clear communication, and no basic courtesy. i was told my pickup order was “over there” with no direction, my food was slid to me without cups, and i received no acknowledgment afterward. it’s disappointing to spend hard-earned money and be treated so poorly. i’ve always enjoyed jersey mike’s, but after this experience it may be some time before i return, especially to this location.

I’ve been to many locations, good food, but I will never visit tosa location again. The people working there were SOOO rude. Acted like I was interrupting their life by being there. They should either not work there, or switch positions to the back without facing customers!

I never heard of this sub place until I came across it by accident. I was concerned at first especially looking at the prices. Now my first time being in there I notice right away that they cut fresh meat in front of you which makes a huge difference. The bread is amazing! One of the best bread I’ve ever had tbh. The location is clean but tight sadly. I took my sub to go eat somewhere else. The staff could speed up the process a bit especially when 3 people are just waiting. The service is fine and the sub overall is very delicious . I do recommend this location and give it a try. Thanks for reading my review. Peace ✌️

I whole heartedly love Jersey Mike’s but these people can NEVER get my order right. September 19th i placed an order for a giant club mikes way no tomatoes. Rosemary bread extra meat. I didn’t have any bacon and it was the wrong bread. This happened multiple times and it gets me upset because i really love this place.

The assistant manager Mr. Q was very helpful he deescalated the situation that I was not very proud of when I came in there was a young white gentleman wearing glasses at the front counter taking an order from another lady after that order was taken he did not acknowledge me at all he looked me three times in my eye did not greet me did not asked me what I was here for and was very rude when I said if you’re not the manager and I don’t want to talk to you he got really loud with me and disrespectful with me just now this happened I’m not coming back to this location again even though the assistant manager was very helpful You have lost a customer to this location thank you have a nice day

Pretty good italian hoagie. I wish they didnt cut their bread all the way through and it was more “wallet style” but that’s how they do it! Much better value than their cheesesteaks.

Very friendly staff, one lady needed her order on gluten free bread, no problem, guy cleaned the machine, and thanked us in line for our patience, of course we all said no problem, can’t mess around when you have allergies. My Turkey sandwich served Mike’s way was out of this world.
