This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, or the food is really bad. I only go to this location for convenience. It’s right off the highway. Adjacent to a gas station. Not to mention they stay open late. I’m in a bit of a long distance relationship. I live in Corpus Christi, and my girl is in San Antonio. When I get out of work at 8… I travel to go pick her up. Coming back I just want something quick to eat, and top off my gas. The service has been good, and fast. But the food can be down right nasty. Like they give you chicken nuggets that’s either overcooked or sitting under a heat lamp too long. Maybe they don’t change out their cooking oil often. Burgers are overcooked sometimes as well. Don’t recommend. I just found out Pleasanten has a whataburger nearby. I know where me and my girl going at midnight when we head back to Corpus.

There’s 15 reviews by the time I’m typing this when I know I wrote one a few months back about their lack of service and quality. Anyways, I thought I would give them another try and get myself and my family some frostys. I already had a bad feeling when the drive though told me to wait. I was waiting for about 5 to 7 minutes to speak with someone and the car in front of me at the window had to pull up and wait to receive there meal. When I finally submitted my order for the new frosty fusions they were advertising I pulled up to the window. Now I’m waiting another five minutes for the frostys just to be told to pull up to the stop sign and they will be brought out to me. It’s not rocket science, add the swirl to the cup then add the frosty. Anyway, waiting for another 3 to 4 minutes at the stop sign, an employee comes out with our order. Sad to say, what I ordered wasn’t nearly what I received. As you can see by the picture, these frostys look crappy. I will stick to Dairy Queen or Sonic in town for ice-cream or shakes. If you want fresh and better than ordinary meal or frozen treat, just drive about another 4 to 5 miles down the road to Dairy Queen.

I’ve been to this location 4-5 times since they’ve opened. My order has never been right the first time. I’m not sure if the kiosk doesn’t send the custom order back or if they truly don’t care. The food is decent when you finally get your correct order…

I was super excited to have Wendy’s close by however I was sadly disappointed when I went there for the 1st time. The service was absolutely horrible took forever to get food and I dont know ow why because the food was cold, the fries were 10 days old and I was honestly scared to eat the food because I was scared of food poisoning. I ordered cheese fries and threw them in the trash, the fries were cold and hard and the cheese, just no. The frosties were melted before I even left the restaurant. I dont know how long this one will stay in buisness. Id drive to floresville to eat at the Wendy’s there before I eat here again.

Avoid this place at all cost. Went in to get 4 chicken nuggets for my 2yr old. 40 minutes later still no nuggets. I go up and ask for a refund because I couldn’t wait any longer. The employee tells me he can get the nuggets for me right now instead, so I say sure. He leaves and I just see him do other things instead. When I realize he’s not getting the nuggets, I ask another employee for a refund, he said sure and just turns around and ignores me. No employee comes back to the counter. A line of people are forming behind me all wanting refunds. 10 minutes later an employee finally comes back. I hand him the receipt. He said he will give me a refund and then leaves for another 10 minutes. People in line behind me just start leaving without their food and without their refund. Finally get the employee to come back. He said he can get me a refund, but he needs my receipt. I told him I gave it to him. “Well I can’t find it. You are more than welcome to come back here and dig through our receipts to find it”. I was there an hour and my 2 year old left with no nuggets. McDonald’s is down the highway, he got his nuggets in less than 30 seconds.

We went through the drive thru last night. I ordered a burger with the Cinnabon pull apart. I drove away and found that they did not give me the Cinnabon. I went in with the receipt. No customers were inside and music was blaring from behind the counter. I have no problem with that as we were not dining in anyway. They gave me the Cinnabon and I left. When we finally got to eating the Cinnabon, it was over microwaved, hard as a rock, and burned. We couldn’t even eat it. I have never ordered the Cinnabon before and I don’t think that I will again.

If I could give this place a Zero I would! I walked into this restaurant and the women behind the counter with a cap was using the F bomb towards an employee. She never looked at me until I asked her if I could order. Then gives my burger without looking at me. No customer service at all. I just need to inform this establishment that my experience was horrible!!!

Is there an actual contact number to speak with management regarding an order that was not assembled properly?
Ordered 2 JBC only mayo and recieved two JBC with the buns not warmed or toasted, requested only mayo and had pickles and onions.
Too bad they didnt have them new chicken strips available by order. The cashier was polite but to recieve incorrect made orders and cant call to place a complaint is unacceptable.

Customer Service was horrible today on 9/25. Front Desk was rude not only to me but three of my co workers. Making comments that were unprofessional. I checked my bag to make sure I had condiments and she turned around and stated to her crew loudly, “I don’t know why they check the bag when they see me put condiments in.” A coworker can’t drink soda due to medical issues and he wanted something other than soda and she was rude in saying “i have nothing else back here, so what else do you want.” The whole crew laughed at the joke and made my coworker uncomfortable. I even said thank you for the food multiple times and was just ignored. The culture at this location is rude and impolite. Definitely needs some more professional development or a better leader.

So sad that these have been my experiences cause I love Wendy’s so much. I walk in 1/5/25 between 6:45-5pm because I had an issue with a deliver order they unfortunately forgot my nuggets. When I walk in these too start whispering to each other completely ignoring the fact that I was in there. A nice man came from the frying station to ask if I needed anything. I explain how I was upset because I paid money to get my food dropped off just for me to have to drive up there to get the rest of my food. I had this gentlemen my receipt and the lady standing up in the picture gets the receipt from him to ask if it was a DD ride I answer her it was. She gave me 2 names saying they picked it up and the nuggets were definitely in there however the names weren’t the name on my DD delivery person and all my bags were sealed when I got them so I informed her of this for her to just rudely keep questioning if my bags were sealed and if my nuggets where in there at this point I was frustrated and said for a final time my nuggets were not in there and I would like a fry as well considering mine would be cold when I get home. After an ugly eye roll and a sigh she finally told the nice gentleman to get me my nuggets and fries. Hopefully when I’m ready to try this Wendy’s again these 2 aren’t the people behind the counter.
