I was taking a trip to Pittsburgh when we were looking for lunch options. Conveniently, this location featured both KFC and Taco Bell options and both me and my family went for items on both sides of the menu. Staff was nice and courteous and our food, which we ordered a lot of items from both Taco Bell & KFC, was ready in mere moments. Everything was fresh and delicious as we enjoyed it in a very clean and bright dining room. Great experience, would love to return to consume more!

Couldn’t even get served this morning. Every single item the customer in front of me ordered, the person at the register had to go ask someone else a question.
I waited over 10 minutes before giving up and going to the kiosk. I had no choice but today cash. So at the end the kiosk directed me back to the counter, which had an even longer line, and no cashier present now. It is called fast food for a reason. I am okay waiting 10 minutes for my food, but waiting over 10 minutes just to place an order is not okay. I will no longer consider this location when I’m on lunch break at work.

I would prob come here twice as much as I do but it’s always a service issue, for example the last time I was here I ordered a 4 piece chicken combo at 8pm on a Friday night with only one other car in the drive through. I must have sat at the second window for 20 minutes before they asked if I could take extra crispy instead of original… Ten minutes after that I got my, less-than-$20 order… It seemed like they were trying they just didn’t know what to do, like they don’t have anyone that can manage anything, what happens if you get actually busy?? 4 hour wait?

Ordered Mac n cheese and got two cups of queso. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy but got a gravy and a sausage gravy, all four of my taco supremes had tomato, two shouldn’t; yet all four had tomato and this was an allergeem order.

Staff all have earbuds in and pay attention to no one or anything. Service is extremely slow. Tables are dirty and disgusting. It was slow, and no one would come clean them. A DoorDash driver was waiting at least 30 minutes for an order. Management is needed.

I ordered the nachos Belgrande and got home to open it up and my nachos are saturated in grease and mostly beans on them! I ordered and paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it! Absolutely disgusting! Also ordered a few soft tacos with light lettuce and they were piled with lettuce.

This is a typical fast food joint. Taco Bell served us a very good bowl of rice, beans and other salads. Service was good. And the place was quiet so the atmosphere was peaceful.

They told me they weren’t a taco bell anymore one day so i stopped going, then when I went for kfc one day i saw people carry tacobell bags and it turns out that employee just randomly lied.
They are a crappy taco bell anyways, but i like that they are close and me and my bf can get things we both like at 1 place.
