Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

Food quality worse than McDonalds. I would consider McDonald 5 star dinning compared to this place. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. Don’t waste your money. The staff is friendly and nice and the bathrooms are clean. Just horrible food!

I am a visitor and first timer… loved it. Quick and tasty, the Swiss and mushroom was great. Onion rings were everywhere and tasty too. Will go back next time I am in town.

Went through drive thru, was told to wait so i assumed they meant the parking lot. waited for 10 minutes, went in, asked where my food was, they told me they were still working on it and would take it to my car. 15-20 minutes later they still didn’t so i asked them where it was and they went “what?” and then realized they forgot about me. i didn’t hear one apology they just handed me a cold sack of my food from the back.

There was a bug in our fries which we ordered through the drive thru. We didn’t find it until we had eaten most of the fries. We also didn’t receive our dipping sauces. Don’t go here.

I just wanted to thank the 5 young people working tonight! We were at the local community building for a live show and the venue ran out of food, so the band members weren’t able to eat. My son and I ran to get some food for everyone (12 orders) and the staff was amazing! They had all of our food ready and flawless.
