Literally obsessed with Mary Mar food truck as soon as we found it. Whether it be after a hike or just craving an amazing breakfast burrito . This is your place. We’ve been a handful of times so far and each visit is awesome. This week we stopped for my birthday to try some tacos. Yet ago awesome. Service is friendly, there are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy or take to go. Both red and green hot sauce is awesome, but the red really has a kick. Prices are fair. No parking lot just dirt lot on the corner of Olive and Sarival in Waddell. Straight shot down from the White Tank Regional Park. You’ll thank me later.

With the rice and beans. They rotate the flavors of their agua fresca, they have melon, strawberry, Jamaica, pineapple. So far I have tried strawberry and pineapple, real fruit and it quenches your thirst!

So conveniently Mary Mar is a 3 min drive from my house. I have drove by hundreds of times telling myself I will stop by one of these days. Today was that day. And I am honestly disappointed it took me so long. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the 4 asada tacos. The meat was tender and juicy. The tacos themselves had more then enough meat in them. Love a good food truck. This one comes with a place to sit down. Cards you can borrow and a staff of smiles. This warm inviting environment has great smells and amazing food. My husband and I got 2 asada burritos to go. It came with one green and one red salsa radishes cucumber and a lime on the side. They also added a grilled jalapeño when asked. The burrito it’s self was so delicious. It had rice and beans inside. Absolutely my favorite burrito place with or without a food truck in surprise. You guys rock!

My sister and I stopped by two weeks ago. I got the red sauce chilaquiles and she got the carne asada burrito. The food was very delicious and you can’t beat the price for the amount of food you are served. Please come out and support them. You will not be disappointed!!!
