Devon, has incredible amazing customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure myself & my daughter were satisfied on our annual movie movie night!! After our order was wrong not one bit twice but three times Devon stepped and took out and made sure we got everything we ordered he also gave a small cup for soda on exchange our trouble. I never receive this type of impeccable service at fast food restaurants let alone McDonalds bc of Devon my family which is a 29 year retired army major family will frequent this location bc if Devon!

Thank you Devon the world could use more ppl like you! We appreciate you we respect you & we can’t wait to visit again.

Usually, service is spot on. Today, we sat for over 25 mins waiting for a 6 piece McNugget Happy Meal and a Cheeseburger. Only to be told they walked around and no one claimed it? Geez. Do better.

I ordered from this McDonalds via Grubhub. While they can’t control their drivers (already let Grubhub know about the slowness, resulting in cold food), they certainly can control what goes into a meal. On my first bite of my burger, I pulled a nice sized piece of what I can only assume was plastic wrapping out of my mouth. How disgusting is that? Not to mention unsanitary, and shows this McDonalds branch has sloppy workers who don’t take pride or patience in what they do. I already notified Corporate. If I could, I’d give this place negative stars. I’ll never go here again, and advise others stay clear. Jack in the Box is right next store.

I stopped @ this location around 2:45 pm on 10/22/25. I didn’t want to give any stars here , because the whole crew besides 2 people were sitting in the lobby eating and not helping the one young lady who was trying to work front and drive-thru. Then, on top of that one chunky girl with 2 tone hair color crams a sandwich in her mouth (like she needed it) and runs behind the counter and starts handling food in drive-thru & didn’t wash her hands, she wiped them on her pants!! This is disgusting and unacceptable. I will not eat at an establishment that lets their employees run wild while customers wait to be served. I will be contacting corporate office about the disgusting habits @this location. When I was finally waited on , I changed my order to just a drink that I could fix myself and get the hell out of there. I stood in the line just to see how long we had to wait to be served. Unnecessary waste of time, I don’t have. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone it is by far the worst McDonald’s ever!!!!!!!!!!

McDonald’s used to be the best. Just look at this big Matt hamburger, the whole Mac of it is gone. The French fries, the golden fries golden, burn Brown very disappointed. This is what happens when kids start running the facility. Won’t be going back.

I honestly don’t know how the “ manager “Jeremiah is still working here! He’s unprofessional, rude & very obnoxious! Absolutely uncalled for, McDonald’s need to do better and can do better! I visit this McDonald’s pretty often and all the other managers are very polite and always helps when needed. something need to be done!

This McDonald’s is beautiful! Let’s keep it that way, city of Converse! The staff here was very friendly as entered the building, I heard “Welcome to McDonald’s” a greeting from the front. I placed my order with ease no issues and used my Mickey D’s App for deals and coupons. They gave me a number for the table so they can bring out my order. Within a minute or so I got my big breakfast with hot cakes and everything was delicious as McDonald’s is! I’ll be coming back here a lot since I live in the neighborhood next to it! The manager Jeremiah was unprofessional and rude. While I was speaking and trying to explain the situation, he did not acknowledge me or respond, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. I expected better customer service, especially from a manager.

Had a little wait for my order, and then they just called my number instead of bringing it to me. Never refilled the sweet tea container, even though multiple people asked for sweet tea at the counter.

Stopped in today for lunch and really had an overall great experience! The food I ordered was delivered quick and accurate! Condiments in a small bag and brought out to my table. The staff that brought out the food was very friendly and ensured I had everything I needed! Then later I was greeted by another worker making sure I did not need anything. The only issue with my meal was they forgot to bring my cup which was no bother to walk up and get it being I had to get up to make my drink anyways. But when I went to get it, the manager apologized and then felt the need to explain to me why it was not brought and who was responsible. To be honest, doesn’t matter to me! As a manager, just apologize, and coach the necessary employee at a better time than in front of the customer.

The other negative I had was that you could hear the manager voicing issues to employees all the way out in the lobby. This manager apparently feels the need to be loud with employees instead of seeking positive corrections and establishing a healthy work environment. To hear “to answer your question, I’m not okay, I’m not okay” into the lobby was concerning.
