We were in the potbelly on Michigan Ave in Dearborn and have never had the worst service than we had today. The employees were more concerned about having a private conversation than helping the customers. I know that it was a private conversation because I could hear what they were saying.we also ordered soup and it was cold. When I called the store directly the woman sounded like she didn’t care and when I was don’t her only comment was is that all. Very disappointing visit and transaction.

My first visit to Potbelly’s in Dearborn was disappointing — the food was poorly made and not enjoyable. However, I decided to give them a second chance, and I’m glad I did. The food was fresh, made exactly how I asked, and absolutely delicious. The customer service was also excellent. I’ll definitely be returning!

Usually this location is on point. The last couple of times I’ve ordered this was not the case. There is no way my BLTA should have one tiny piece of avocado on it. This has happened at least the last 2 times I’ve ordered and that’s a big reason I order the sandwich. Very disappointing.

I visit this location about 3 times a week for lunch since it’s near my job. They are always so friendly. The young lady who makes the sandwiches Devin is a sweetheart, she greets you immediately when you walk in and holds friendly conversation with you.. Also she knows my order by heart and when she sees me it’s always “ the usual? I got you go to the register you’re all set” I love it here

Can’t order over the phone. App doesn’t always work, app timed out when hitting submit and a sandwich was left off. Couldn’t drive back to order in person as I was at work. Called and was told to use app, even though order went through, but didn’t have a sandwich on ordered list.

Twice I’ve ordered a veggie sandwich that’s supposed to come with avocado, mushrooms and three cheeses and twice they put no avocados. What are people paying for? Lettuce, pickle and tomato? Never again!
