When I walked in, Drew greeted very warmly and was so happy to help me out with my order! He is the only one in the store and is super busy but that did not affect his customer service negatively whatsoever! He was friendly, helpful and even though he was busy and working by himself, not once did he make me feel like I was burdening him. He is an absolutely amazing employee who deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Employees like Drew is why I’ll keep coming back. Great job to Drew and Papa Johns!

Don’t listen to the negative reviews. I’ve been coming here for years and these employees are OVERWORKED but always trying their best to ensure quality food is coming out. I was pleasantly surprised they were open today due to inclement weather and every single one of them was getting after it to make sure orders were coming through as quickly as possible. My order was ready at a reasonable time and tasted just as expected super yum. Great staff.

Had a 5 topping pizza that tasted great and used fresh toppings. This is one of the best Pappa John’s I have ordered from. It’s the cleanest store I have ever been in. Previous hurtful, negative reviews (from 2 years ago) are just not true. I believe there were those who did not want this business to succeed. Please ignore these spiteful and hurtful remarks and know that this pizza place is excellent!!! Also, the manager is kind, respectful and very nice. He keeps this place clean and very organized. Hope his business does well in Crowley.

To start off , the presentation was horrible. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, with bacon & well done. This is how I received it (photo down below). To top it off, as i was eating the last slice , i felt something odd. I spat out that piece & found a piece of hair inside the pizza. Which means the hair was mixed into the dough & then cooked. This is very disgusting & upsetting.

Why did Door Dash deliver my order?
Pizza was cold, and wings were so bad.
Everything was cold and not fresh. I ate two wings and just threw everything away. The pizza was room temp. I pre tipped and gave the Dasher cash too… I’m such a sucker. Door Dash is trash. Papa John… hire your own drivers. Door Dash sucks. Papa John was the best of the best… not any more. This location needs to be shut down.

Where to start !Google should seriously let customers give negative stars. Problem 1……the order took way longer than Papa John’s said. The door dash driver was there over an hour waiting for our order to be ready. So of course, by the time we received our food it was cold. The icing on the cake was that some or wings were barely sauced. The second and most frustrating problem was that they gave the delivery driver an empty pizza box!!! That empty box was supposed to be our Shaq-a- roni pizza. If we could upload pictures, you would see an unused clean cardboard box. I can’t imagine the inept worker and company that puts an empty box on a counter and assign it as ready for pickup. An employee at the store got a free pizza or the doubled someone’s order. You’d think someone would say something!! I would hope an employee would say, “why do we have an extra pizza laying around?” Save your priceless time and order from Pizza Hut just north of this location or use someone else. This location clearly has no standards, don’t care about their work or the customer.

ordered online and they took $37 from my account twice. when the delivery driver came he stated i showed i was paying in cash though i have 2 processing amounts on my bank account. the manager brittany, is rancid and hung up on me while i was explaining they took $70 out to where i cannot place another order.
this is not a corporate establishment so you can only deal with the manager who seems to hate their job.
