I stopped by Jack’s in Tupelo and had a great experience! I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a Sprite—but accidentally got water instead. I let the staff know, and they were super friendly and quick to make it right with no hassle at all. The cheeseburger was hot and juicy, the fries were crispy and fresh, and the service was just as good as the food. I really appreciated how they handled everything. I’ll definitely be coming back

Skinny girl in the drive thru with long braids and 0 customer service skills on 9/24 @ 5:45pm charged me for an apple pie ala mode when I ordered a pie.
I actually asked for a strawberry and cream pie and they said they only had apple and I said oh ok.. Well then I’ll take an apple pie.
I just looked at my receipt after getting home and I was charged three dollars for an apple pie ala mode instead of $1.59 for a pie.
She’s either just as bad at her actual job (order taking) as she is customer service (soft skills) or she’s purposefully overcharging. Either way terrible all the way around.
Do better Jacks. Your reviews aren’t great. Change happens at the top. I’d find a replacement for braids as well as the manager on duty tonight.
She runs a loose ship. Loose ships sink Jack.

I ordered online with a pickup time of 4:58pm. I show up at 4:58 and they pulled me forward where I waited for 20 minutes. I parked and went inside and they were still making my 3 milkshakes. When I got home, the food was barely warm, some of the fried chicken still had feathers, the chicken tenders were dry and too tough to eat, they gave us barely any gravy, and the bottom of one of the the mashed potatoes was busted out. This is a pitiful excuse of a Jack’s. The whole team working at 5 pm on Tuesday March 18, 2025 needs retrained.

It has been the longest 4 days of my life. I have been without hot water nor power. I have been looking around for rooms, but I decided to stop by Jack’s today. My father and I entered the store and Mrs. Lawanda and Mrs. Shaleka had given us the most extraordinary customer service I had ever experienced at this location. They were welcoming, sales were suggested, and they were overall professional yet very understanding of our dire need for a refreshing break. I think these two extraordinary women deserve all the recognition in the world!

My mother and I stopped here and ordered from the drive thru. First, the one taking our order sounded a little spicy because I didn’t go large with the order. I got to the window…..opened it and when I started to give her money she slammed the window. She eventually took the money and gave me my change…not a smile, a thank you…..not one single word…nothing but a stank attitude with long yellow nails (I would learn later she was the manager). Someone else brought our food to the window with a smile, I checked it took a bite and at same time my mother says “this is cold!” Fries were hot bland no salt just hot fried potatoes. My burger was was ice cold and pink in center. Mind you, we are visiting family in the hospital almost an hour from home and in need of food at this time but not survivor food we paying for! So I told my mom, I am going right back, this is not acceptable or safe! I went in and told them “this is ice cold burgers you seved me!” Everyone was like they were shocked, one girl ducked like she didn’t want to have nothing to do with it. The cashier told the manager and the cashier started to throw it away but the manager told her no don’t throw it away and told her her sit it up there where they bag customer orders (really). I waited like about 15 minutes for the manager to finish her lolly gagging like she was busy and after I had to ask again what I had to do to get my money back. I planned to get fresh food when I went in the store but I told them the manager got a stamk attitude horrible customer service, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! Finally, thr so called manager said i can only give you so much not all the money (minus the drink maybe) and i said that’s fine just give me my money. She then went amd got it and gave me my money with them horrible nails and says “have a nice day”…. really? She should have been nice and kind to begin. THE EMPLOYEES MINUS 1 ACTED LIKE THEY WERE AFRAID AND MAYBE KNEW HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION AS FARVAS STORE POLICY BUT WASN’T SURE HOW TO AS FAR AS THIS MANAGER’S POLICY. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Jack’s and never will fo there again.

I tried the blackened chicken sandwich with fries. It was great! The sandwich was seasoned well as pictured on the front of the building. The fries are always so buttery and fresh. I enjoyed the meal. I opted to eat outside in the small outdoor dining area. It’s clearly not maintained at all. There was garbage and cigarette butts everywhere. The tables and chairs were disorganized and dirty. This is why I gave a two for the atmosphere.

Order for through dash dash. To got my food and both my burgers where made wrong. When called to speak with a mangers about it she act like she was made at the world. This is not the first time Jack’s had messed up our orders. The Jack’s location in tupelo ms On South Gloster need people that can read a screen and get the orders rite. I two year would probably be able to read the screen better then the works there. That location would be a great place to put a fast food place at and have better works. Come on Jack’s this is strake two for you all. If yall can’t do better then that hire more people that can read and let the others go.
