I was utterly impressed at the professionalism and proficiency of the young lady who helped me today. She is truly a 5-star employee! She was able to juggle multiple orders, carry on a cordial conversation, and ensure my satisfaction with a smile! Along with that, she helped me resolve an online order issue at the same time. I was SUPER impressed! I could tell she loved her job and I told her that. She said that’s her favorite kind of compliment. I plan on visiting the store more often. Kudos to the management of the Main Street Papa John’s in Mansfield, OH. You have an AMAZING employee working for you there!

Ordered online cut in sqares was cut in triangles then squares ordered 2x garlic butter in addition to the 1 per pizza that comes with the two pizzas i ordered only recieved 1 total. Pizza so jacked up all toppings fell off as i picked the pieces up. BEYOND PISSED OFF!!!! The picture is how i had to pull the pieces apart. Is there a corporate number????

Very impressed with my order today I ordered the Shaq a Roni. It was perfectly baked plenty of sauce and cheese made to perfection. Very very delicious. These guys made it right today. I hope they continue the good work based from the bad reviews from this location. As for my order I really enjoyed it.

I was interrupted multiple times during my order to try to upsell me on 2 liters, sauce cups, and bread sticks. No big deal. I get my pizza and one of the garlic cups was busted open. There was so much sauce on the pizza, it did not cook. It was literally wet bread. Delivered on time and the driver was nice. But, the pizza was not edible. Worst pizza I have ever had delivered.

Be careful ordering from papa johns on main. After just reopening! They will send you the wrong order then when you call to complain they tell you that it was made correctly and you’re basically lying. So you have to drive all the way across town to personally deliver them back to them to show them they made them wrong!! Was even told the GM made them!! Supposed to be a heart shape pizza and a deluxe without black olives! Then only to be told “well you must of got the wrong pizza” even tho our name was on them.. and was told that there was only black olives on half the pizza!!! I asked for NO BLACK OLIVES!! oh and didn’t even send the desert Oreo cookies we paid for!

I love Papa John’s however tonight was the worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered extra cheese and got stuffed crust. There was an inedible amount of pizza sauce on it that the toppings slipped right off. The other pizza I ordered was over cooked and tasted terrible. The manager I spoke to was nice about the situation. However, I waited over an hour and still had to find something else to eat for dinner.

On a Papa John’s scale this is one of the better ones I went to and it was even on a Friday night. Food was good, service was what you would expect and the store itself… Well it’s just a store. When I’m in the mood for Papa John’s, I’ll order here again.
