My hubby and I dined at Olive Garden on a Friday night and even though it was busy with about a 25-minute wait, it was worth it. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food came out hot and delicious. I ordered my favorite–spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce– and enjoyed the endless breadsticks and salad. Overall, a great experience despite the crowd!

The food was great, except for the fact that the scallops on the Fettuccine was the tiniest joke I ever saw in my life. They took small scallops and cut them into quarters. I counted 8 tiny morsels. Look at the photo of them! Otherwise, I paid $22 for pasta with sauce. It was like an insult to my intelligence!
And Thank God the customers to our left and to our right were amazing, because we basically had dinner with them. The seating has no privacy what so ever – at all! They were pretty much seated right there with us, like a picnic table type atmosphere.
Not my idea of dining. And lastly, as we were finishing up, the waitress asked us if we would be needing a to go box. I told her definitely. She came back with that and our tab, while I was still eating and still had wine in my glass and carafe. She took my plate and began to transfer it to the To-go container and then began to demonstrate how to check out on the table app, never asking if we wanted dessert. I looked around and saw that the restaurant started filling up. Every table was full, and it felt like she/they wanted us out of there. That’s exactly how it felt. The food was amazing – except for the joke of the scallops. But after that whole experience – we will NEVER go back there again.

This location is excellent! Our server was wonderful and the food was great! Except for the shrimp scampi…. I found it lacking in flavor unfortunately. The Alfredo was absolutely delicious! The portions were very generous! The even have pretty good steak. The salad portion was so huge!

I had such a wonderful experience at Olive Garden! From the moment we walked in, Makinzi at the host stand was absolutely the sweetest. She greeted me with a genuine smile, made me feel welcome right away, and set the tone for a great lunch.
My server, Alexis, was fantastic! She was attentive without being overbearing, kept my drink refilled, made sure everything came out perfectly, and had such a warm, positive attitude the entire time. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a great experience.
The food was delicious as always, but the service from Makinzi and Alexis truly made the day special. I’ll definitely be back!

Don’t order the shrimp scampi! It should be called the shrimp skimpy because you barely get any food. You come hungry and leave hungry! Great service though! This photo is after I spoke with the manager to get a regular size.

We were served by Candice and let me tell you how it was the best experience I’ve experienced in a restaurant in a while! She is beyond excellent. I recommend you ask for her if you ever want to have a good positive dining experience. She came and delivered the best customer service you can think of in the state of Georgia. She is attentive, she is timely, she knows what she’s doing and she goes above and beyond. We were a big party and she kept her attitude positive and she delivered every time we needed something! Definitely will be back and ask for her !

There was nothing really Italian about the taste of the food. First ate at this chain 20+ years ago, it was OK, again 12 years ago and it was not much better. Then this past Thursday, I figure new location probably better menu “NOT”. Very busy, I tried 4 different meals and tempted to walk out. Drink was good, Salad was a “0” … I guess if they thought if you grade a bunch of CHEESE it would help “NOT” drowning in Italian dressing, Lettuce was nothing but packaged ICEBERG, large chunks of the center of a head of lettuce, I forced myself to eat barely 1/2 of it, SOUPS, taste as if they both came out a can. Maybe a cup and a 1/4 servings. The chicken Gnocchi looked horrible but I tried it, juice was a Ok, the beef one was a tad bit flavorful but the meat was questionable after tasting, I picked it out and ate the Mac that was in it… Breadsticks was maybe a 5 out f 10 … After this I see why it’s far between WHY I DO NOT eat here. The menu needs to be scrubbed and besides it being a chain have some REAL tasting Italian foods … this was a young girl who just learned to cook taste. At best get a kid from MASTER CHEF to help out that chain … I know some may disagree but I know and have tasted good food, Will pay for good food, it’s just not here….

I got the tour of Italy and the Alfredo was disgusting it tasted like they used off brand noodles. My son got the margarita chicken and it was chewy. It was my daughter’s birthday and they never took the dessert off the check. Our server seemed new, he forgot little things but you could tell he was trying to be attentive. The soups were amazing.

The food was amazing, and our server Debby made it SO much better!! She made sure to let us know every update, never forgot about a single thing we asked for, and she was SO sweet. She did an exceptional job with helping me pick out a wine I’d like, stayed on top of our refills, and even helped us package our food! She was the best server I’ve ever had and I’ll definitely be asking for her next time I come back!

We visited on Christmas Eve as my son chose this as one of his gifts so we expected it to be busy me to wait. It was busy but we didn’t have to wait at all for seating and our waitress was too notch. She was attentive, experienced, and got our orders in as well as our food delivered to our table promptly. We enjoyed our experience so much that my 13 year old and my 15 year old sons both pitched in $5 of their own money towards our waitresses tip. Excellent customer service and excellent food! Fantastic job Olivie Garden staff!
