Ordered a turkey sub and a braised beef basket. Braised beef advertises onions, other veggie. $28 for 2 sandwiches.
Braised beef was actually pulled pork, no veggies and quite small, on a dollar store bun.

Feel ripped off.
Not worth $15 let alone $28

They were nice enough, but I can’t say I’d ever go back or recommend it.
We ordered the pulled pork mac n cheese, the cheesy bacon fries, and the steak special sub. My partner seemed to like the mac n cheese since the meat was dry enough not to make it one big sloppy mess.
The fries seemed to be made with bacon bits, which was a bit disappointing. The fries underneath the slice of cheese were okay. I think it was just white American.
The sub was a different story. The meat was so incredibly dry. And they cut the sub roll too deep, so I barely got 3 bites in when it just fell apart in my hands, and at that point was really just an awkwardly long sandwich.
The counter man came over to ask how our food was and I responded with “it’s okay”, to which he said “we’ll we’d hope for better than that”. He then just turned and walked away. He probably should have asked what could have made it better, while looking at the fallen apart sub that I wasn’t eating…
It’s sad to say, but Market Basket Cafe makes a better steak bomb. I’ve been really wanting to try Simon’s, so at least I got it out of the way.

Ordered take out to our hotel, we love trying local sandwhich shops. The chicken finger dinner (5pc, fries & salad) was $17.50 which I thought was a little steep (even compared to the rest of the menu) but I thought they must be fresh in house. They are not they were crispy though, fries cooked well. The ‘ranch’ was house made and more like tzatziki I thought. The kids did NOT like it (10, 7 & 4). The chicken salad was not the ‘salad’ we expected. It was great though! All white meat chunks, seasoned well. The pickles were yummy. I dont normally order kids mac and cheese from restaurants (I refuse to pay for someone to make them a blue box) but it said house made. The 4yo did not like it. I was suprised. It did have a unique taste, very creamy, I thought was good. All in all, we would come back but would do a better job looking over pictures and reviews of the food to make sure everyone got what they wanted.

Reviewing to remind myself to come back. Nice and quiet around 1:30 on a Monday and they have a fun Halloween baking show on the television, the cook was jamming my favorite band. Good food for a reasonable price. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.

I will never order from you again.

Only two guys working. Literally doing such a fantastic job for being short staffed. Pizza was incredible. Toppings are plentiful, crust is fantastic. Slightly crispy with a nice chew. Would order again….and again….and again….

I been a customer for years never had any problems until the last two weeks. Ordered salads for delivery last week.
Turned out to be the most expensive salads I’ve ever purchased for delivery and absolutely the worst and lacking antipasto I have ever had anywhere.
Thought I would try again tonight giving them the benefit of doubt. Big mistake. Ordered a meet lovers pizza. Arrived on time but all the overcooked toppings had slid to one side. That’s it. Never again. So sad this place was my go to.

Not I’mpressed at all. Order was completely wrong. Got Buffalo wings with no Buffalo sauce just covered in salt. A salad with extra cucumbers and it had 3 small slices (Paid extra). And a burger with no condiments.

Hard day’s work, thought I’d grab a sandwich on my way home. The pizza is always good here, figured give it a shot. I ordered a $12 sub, Steak Tip Special…. Tips, American Cheese, Peppers, Onion, Mushrooms. $12 is steep. But I was hungry. Pick it up, get home and I got some soggy bread with some chewy, bland tips on it. Nothing else. No peppers. No onion. No mushroom. Worst of all, no cheese. Who forgets the cheese? Who forgets 90% the sub? Venice is the spot to go, I just did don’t feel like driving there. I feel violated.
